This is the first time I've commented on one of your videos, but I have been doing yoga for years from your channel. I had a hamstring strain that forced me to stop for a few months and I can't accurately express the joy it gave me to start again with this video. I cried happy tears because it gives me such peace to practice my yoga. So thank you for these videos, from someone who has been following for a while.

I came back to yoga with this exercise after more than a month of healing from my ACL injury and let me just say it's the best 15 minutes I've had since my knee was torn! Though my flexibility is almost completely gone since my heels weren't even close to the ground doing downward facing dog, it felt amazing to no longer be stagnant and in pain! Dear Juliana, Thank you for this short, easy to follow, morning , free practise, which eas refreshingly unique to certain other youtube videos,and don't even yet me started on the traumatic in person classes I regrettably attended. Despite my current state which includes chronic illness, skin diseases, depression, living in fear and other hardships, and despite the space I am in, I chose to put aside all tasks, priorities, responsibilities and to invest in myself by doing this. Although it was only a few minutes, I feel proud and glad that I did it as hopefully it will be part of a ripple effect towards a better body and life (yes, I still believe despite my failures so far). Now, the not so good things. You're on a beach, with a beautiful body, blue eyes, blonde hair, clear skin, pretty clothes, slim body, knowledge of the assanas,obviously technology skills in order to be a KZbinr, the money, freedom and skill to do that which you desire, you have it all that all women want to be basically. I, on the other hand, could not relate at all. As a British but unfortunately fully Indian lady, with chronic,non healing, ugly skin diseases, bodily pains, in poverty, living alone, with no quality of life, I don't even have a yoga mat, so I grabbed a small towel and used that. However during the practise my body still wasn't safe from the tiny shards of glass on the carpet only a year ago, and to my frustration, I started bleeding during the practise, BUT I acted calm and completed the session. I appreciate how you said you're sending love and light. Well I certainly need all the love,light,miracles, healing, good vibes etc I can receive so I hope this time such good intentions actually reach me. I am a very grateful person nonetheless and am working my butt off to try and create a better life for myself and then others but I am nowhere near where I need or want to be yet, and I'm almost in my 30s. I don't even drive yet, I have nothing! But like I said I'm a grateful person and have never quit and ai affirm that one days things will begin working out in my favour and I'll be okay. Thank you

I'm a yoga instructor, and I loved this practice! This was an awesome intertwinement of strength and flexibility and the perfect way for me to begin my day! I love doing repetitive stretches to help warm the muscles. Low-lunge to half splits is an excellent way to trigger hamstring mobility. I did this after your 10 min abs exercise. You inspire me so much Boho!!! I'm also a vegan like yourself, so I just love the example you set!
