This is so effective. I was so thankful for that 15 second rest lol! I added cat cow, and dead bird also….still just 20 mins with an extra round.

@@bowflex I like the 8 minute abs workouts as well as the standing abs workouts and other standing workouts. I am noticing results.one of the standing abs workouts talks about switching exercises after noticing results.I like doing different abs exercises mostly standing and standing full body workout exercises with no dumbbells weights used for.now.I am trying to put on 15 pounds and flatten my stomach.I pretty much eat what I want.any suggestions would be appreciated.thank you

I do it everyday, it’s just an amazing workout . Have become a big fan of Bowflex, thank you so much Tom. Have been doing workout by the help of you tube videos but have never got this satisfaction. My entire family now does this.😇

I use to be a fit PE teacher. Now, I am out of shape, older, and have hip and knee issues. I know what I need to do and how to do it, but I don't like the gym and had guilt that I got to this unhealthy place. So, today I did this 8 min. workout and turned into a 16min. workout. It is time for me to stretch and strengthen to get my hips and knees to a place I can ride and run a bit. I like the trainer and what he says to the ladies who I once use to be like. Thank you. Sometimes it's the little moments that go a long way!

@@RespectMerv it'll take you 2 to 3 weeks with 10 minutes HIIT cardio to get the proper result. Also cut your sugar and cards completely because tummy is where that fat sticks at. Consistency is the key.

This exercises look easy when they’re doing it, but is hard. I have a 3 week goal in mind. I strongly believe is gonna work out, since I still have a strong metabolism; thank God for that. I’m a shy lady I probably won’t post pictures, but I’ll definitely will post comments of my progress. Thanks for the videos.

This ab workout is short and very effective.... I’ve seen definition mostly on my obliques by doing this workout after a hiit/strength compared to other ab workouts ... it’s awesome! Thanks guys x

The 8 minutes work out was a very good source of Excerise. I loved the video and I am going to do the work out,Excerise is good to do on a daily basis and eating fresh fruits and Vegetables healthy eating habits and also drinking plenty of water.Have a bless and wonderful day everyone.

Thanks for the encouragement! It’s not about the number of times but the form … best guidance … then I get to focus on my abs. And not rush to do the number of times. Great instructor 👍💪

I literally started seeing results within a couple days. This is one of my favorite workouts to do consistently, because it doesn't get "too easy" quickly. The only thing I thought would be good to mention in the video, is that with those cross crunches, it's extra effective to really reach hard to the *side*, like the outside of the leg and even hold it there. ...rather than simply raising the leg and arm. Focusing hard on the side twisting gets to the sides/obliques which is a huge part of getting a small waist. The parts focusing on the upper abs are great too, but they won't get rid of love handles or the "wide" ness per se.
