i dont think anyone truly knows how much this channel actually helps me! Im 16 and extremely active in school so working out isnt in my top priorities. I also suffer from pcos which makes it extremely hard to lose weight! doing 2 of the workouts that are under 10 minutes everyday has helped me lose 15lbs in two months! Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

That's really down to you own abilities and how the workouts leave you feeling. If you feel sore , Tender or Stiffness then of course you should rest between exercises. I play tennis twice a week with circuit & hiit step class in between plus squeeze one or two of these in as well.. I rest when my body tells me
