Breathe and Flow is a travel, yoga and lifestyle channel. Not only do I love this to wake up when I don't do one of your longer workouts, but when I have to start going back to work (I work at a school) I know that I can keep doing this or a variation throughout the day when I have some downtime to re-stretch and keep myself centered. Thank you both for these videos!

I was working late last night and woke up with little time this morning. I searched for “breathe and flow 10 minutes,” hoping that you guys would have a video for a morning exactly like today’s. Thank you so much, it was amazing to get in a quick, intentional and high quality movement practice before the start of my day :)

I am a doctor and I tell my patients daily to do exercises and stretching but I never find the inspiration to do it myself. HOWEVER, you manage to!!!! Thank you for the morning exercise! Definitely makes the start better. Is there also other shorter videos? Thanks

Kia ora anō, really enjoying this routine Flo, it's perfect for me in the morning to warn up and get energy flowing throughout my body. At 50, I often wake with tightness in my neck, shoulders, lower back, hamstrings and Achilles tendon. This has really helped, thank you🙏🏽😃

I have a ton of stuff to do for my online classes you know make a presentation and stuff and I'm doing the ignite program currently on the day 10, but I just don't have the time today and I was so sad so I just checked your channel and I saw this lol loved this did 2-3 mins of meditation in the end cause that's my favourite part of the practice. This took about an hour because the wifi decided today of all days to keep pausing throughout the video. I guess the good news is I got to rest but I just went back to downward dog to rest. I don't know who s tougher you or your husband. Anyway keep up the good work!!!!!.....ooossss

Just doing this quick one today, do you know why? Because this evening me and my son are going to train BJJ for the first time in 6 months! Our club is slowly reopening and we will train together in our own area. Looking forward to seeing how 6 months with you lovely people has improved my game. 🤙🏻❤️🙏🏻
