I’m recovering from a knee injury so those balance poses weren’t in the cards. And those awkward planks turned into awkward table tops. But I made it to the end so I’m counting it as success. Thank you for kicking my ass!

I started with a wrist warm up followed by this strong class, then I took Bre’s silent 12-minute stretch class and finished with a guided meditation. I love to combine classes in order to create the perfect yoga session for my mood. Thank you 🙏🏼

Hello there, not my first comment on the channel but in case you guys didn't know (lol) your channel allows people around the world to feel better in their body, in their mind. Three years ago I had an accident with my piriformis (particular thanks to Flo for stretching this bad boy) and couldn't even touch my knees. Now thanks to you I can reach my feet with straight legs! You are both awesome and I am thankful you’re teaching me yoga. Best from Paris.

I did this after not practicing for two weeks because of a very busy schedule at work and at home. Oh boi, I should have previewed the clip. I almost gave up 3/4s of the way to the practice. I stopped at certain points because I was having a hard time trying to catch my breath. Still, I made sure to finish it. I stayed committed even though some poses were really challenging for me with weak Achilles' heel but no excuses. Love and gratitude.

It's challenging for me to stay focused and calm when stuff gets hard. Instead, I get annoyed. It's something I want to work on. Being pushed in these classes is a gift from you, not a punishment. Even though it might feel like one to me in the moment 😂 I want to focus more on gratitude, and tap into my inner stillness when things get hard. Thank you for pushing us. Sometimes I lose grip on the gratitude and start cussing you out in my head during chaturanga holds, but I remember afterwards what you are doing for us by being hard on us. Thank you, and I'm sorry for all the names I call you in my head 😂

Hey Bre & Flo, thanks for the awesome video! I know you guys love pulling exercises to balanche out all the pushing from yoga and was wondering if you have ever tried out indoor bouldering/rock climbing? Such a fun way to do some functional pulling and I’m sure you’d love it as opposed to always doing the same pull ups. I personally love to incorporate it into my practice 3-4x a week (~2 hour sessions) and have noticed great improvement in how my body feels and moves! Always doing your videos daily as well! Thank you for all of your amazing content!

Great channel, gave me lots of strength and good vibes over the last weeks! It's not just the classes, which are well-structured and balanced (as far as I can judge, might not be very far actually xD), but the way you're delivering the message. Just the perfect style to practice along, not too rushed and not too slow, simple explanations, and (maybe even the most important aspect to me) you're showing so much respect and peacefulness. Lots of attitude and power for real life situations. Keep up the great work! Greets from Germany :)
