I naively thought Bre's strength classes were a bit laxer than Flo's. Definitely became more aware of the truth.😂 Great, challenging class!

I've been trying a few of your yoga strength videos, and they've truly been a challenge. I didn't plan to give up, but they have been really hard to get through because the ones I tried were more advanced and have no breaks. I've been following your beginner calendar, and got to this video today. I am so thankful for it because it is a strength practice scaled back a bit, so it's not just constant assault on my upper body. Thank you so much.

@@marym3759 it's just control I guess.. try daily and practice to sotvon Malaysian for longer durations it helps .. I am not there yet but can do a bit with one leg now after month of struggle 😶

Your sessions have made me fall in love with yoga again. Thank you for explaining each pose and giving tidbits of how your body should be (“flex your left foot”). At first I didn’t see any improvement but now I’m able to almost do crow pose after 1.5 months of every to every other day practice (have only attempted crow three times in that time frame). Being a nurse, I don’t feel the body aches or pains at all or almost not at all. Thank you 🖤

I was pretty hard on myself for not being able to follow the practice along to a t (I did knee push-ups instead of the full Chataranga) but at the end in shavasana I had a thought of gratitude for being able to move my body (the one legged squats while crouching were actually pretty fun!) and I smiled and whispered “there’s my kindness!” If anyone was able to do the full class, good on you, this was really hard! 😅 And good on everyone who showed up regardless, of course 🫶

OMG!!!! Hardest class I have ever experienced!!! I couldn't do any of the transitions between dolphin-chaturanga, warrior 3-touch the knees, and pistol squad.... basically, all I did was savasana!!!! :) But I still enjoyed it. THANKS A LOT!
