I'm extremely obese before based on my computed BMI with a weight of 235 pounds and decided to put myself into a weight loss program. And part of that journey is this brutal HIIT workout video by Daniel's that I watch every session. After 3 months of self-discipline, dedication, and constant exercise, I lose 76 pounds and I now have a normal weight. It was a blast! My clothing size have changed a lot since my body got more fit and I've attained a different perspective on food and body health in general. Thank you Daniel for being one of the inspirations to people like me to keep pushing themselves towards the goal of achieving a healthy body!

Heads up: this is a tough workout and is not meant for beginners. Even for more intermediate or even advanced exercisers; keep in mind that you solely are in charge of modifying the exercises to make them appropriately challenging for your fitness level. There’s NO benefit from puking during a workout - this means you’ve pushed past signals to stop that you should have listened to. On the other hand, there is really no fitness level that should make this routine feel like a walk in the park; if it feels easy, check your form, check your depth of motion, check your speed, check your intensity. Hello everyone, I've been following Fitness Blender workouts for last 6 months and lost 6 inches waist size and 3 inches in thighs ... Would it be possible to make the adding work outs to the days more intuitive? I spent a couple hours making a plan for myself and hitting the back button to add the work outs to the next days. And then I found out I did half of them out of order LOL. Anyway, love your site regardless, but any improvement on adding the exercises to the calendar would be awesome.

Amazing workout for when you don't have much time but wanna burn a significant amount of calories. I've been doing your workouts since January and still found this one hard to complete, it took me 7 more minutes to finish it all the way. This is going to be my new Friday workout because I wanna challenge myself and be able to finish it on time in the next few weeks. You guys are amazing, this is the longest I've managed to keep working out, 6 months and counting. I recommend you to everyone I know. keep it up!

Thank you for the workouts! I especially love your pyramid and ladder HIIT workouts, and this one is my favourite. They're hard, but it is easy to stay motivated to the end because having done the longer interval(s) one can always do the shorter ones too! Please, please keep making more of the same. Thank you so much, you transform the health of so many :) You took me from being a complete beginner to being able to hike a 350 meter tall mountain in 29 minutes last week, and that without conciously trying to beat my previous best time! You cannot believe how fantastic it feels to be able to do stuff I'd only dreamt of. And I lost 3 kg too. I travel a lot because of life circumstances, so it's great to have an online gym that I can take along with me :)

Body tired today. Was only going to do something light. Thought I picked a FB 20 min. HIIT with Daniel. 20 minutes in - realized it was twice as long, but kept going. Plyo moves felt fun during this workout! Got so into it, I forgot I was tired!! GREAT way to mix it up Daniel!! 40 minutes - 546 calories later. The combo; Ladder, Pyramid, HIIT exercises helped the time fly by. Made me focused just enough to pay attention to moves. Thank you Daniel!

smse89 i remember my first time ever doing one of their earlier "when i say jump" and "hiit like a girl" routines, throughout the workout i was gasping for air and thinking i've reached my physical limits!! but 2 years on, im still working out with them, more frequently, more varied exercises, occasionally still feel unable to cope with the rigor of the routines, but my body feels so much better.

If you like the format of their 5 day challenges you should really buy one of their programs if you can afford it - FBFit is very much like the 5 day challenges but its an 8 week program, 5 days on, 1 strech day and 1 rest day, different workouts everyday already chosen for you...check it out if you ever get the chance!

I'm the same! I used to go to the gym and don't get me wrong, I worked really hard there but I find I work to my maximum when I'm at home. I get embarrassed easily and feel self-conscious at the gym, so I could never work to my full potential the way I do at home. Glad I'm not alone; everyone else I know feels the opposite :)

I'm from Brazil and I have found on FitnessBlender the perfect workout for my life style, HIIT and Tabata style are short but intense exercises, just the way I like it! Thank you for the lessons.

You know these scenes in movies, where a severely injured, close-to-dying person tries to get up, grunting and in pain? In slow motion? that's me doing push-ups.

I have been struggling with depression, binge-eating, anxiety, all the bad stuff and I had been dreading to do this workout in one of your programs so badly. But I decided to try it out and gave myself permission to take breaks when needed, which is something I have to practice doing. In the end I could push myself harder than I thought I was able to. When I finished the stretching portion I just laid on my mat smiling, almost crying because of how good I felt and how proud I am to where I am now. Thank you so much!
