I am going to have to try this... I live on the Texas Gulf Coast... so, shrimp is plentiful. Two things... at the point you put those in your pan I thought hmm bigger shrimp put them on skewers and out to the grill, and serve with a grilled lemon garnish ... then I watched the rest... and your end product looked really tasty. Thanks for TWO recipes!!

A good cocktail sauce should make you shiver. You should feel it in your nose. Getting hungry just thinking about it. Interesting buffalo shrimp. Might try doing hush puppys that way. Sure would be good.

If it clears my sinuses, I consider it good cocktail sauce :)

Beautiful looking shrimp bites! The lemon garlic sauce gets my vote but of course, all of them are good.

That lemon garlic was really refreshing. A nice mellow taste after the cocktail sauce :)

Hush puppies with chopped onion, yum. Down south "fritters" may have corn kernels, couch, shrimp. etc. Gobble 'em up.

All I've got to say to that is yummmmmm :)

Munch munch, munch away my friend. I can see this dish being made for a social gathering of friends and family. I can also see someone thinking, "Do I really want to share these... I mean I like my friends and family, but... these are tasty"! LOL

I can't deny that we didn't sample some more before taking what remained to the get together ;)

These look like shrimp hush puppies. Tiny bites of heaven. :) I could easily eat a couple of dozen. Have you ever tried or can you get the Texas Pete Buffalo sauce near you? It is made here in NC about a couple hours from me. We love it. If you get a chance try and let me know what you think.
