Pulling was such a struggle for me when i started going to the gym I couldn't do a single pullup , When i first saw Chris Heria and got to know what Calisthenics is i learned my first pull up from him and it was a dream come true , and now im taking it Further to explosive pullups / Muscleups and today ill do this workout see how my back feels about it im pretty sure the pump will be insane Thanks Chris u really changed my life and got me to the person i want to be , i want to meet u no matter what even if its the last day of my life you are such an inspiration for me and for milions of people all around the world Thank you sooo Much and keep up the great work

As someone who is doing farily well in pullups, progressing really well with Chris Heria's training tips this is such a gem of a video. I don't know about others but Pyramid and Dropset is a brand new concept for me 🤩. And I absolutely love when Chris Heria comes up with a brand new concept 😍. This is so fun. Thank you Chris Heria 😃. And "Not only looking strong but actually being strong" -> this never gets old 💪🏻

I LOVE pull ups and all the variations there is to them . Chris has taught me many progressions I can do and pyramids r my Fav for a warm up n drop sets r what I like for when I’m warmed up. Time to hit the Pull up bars !!! Team THNX :)

Thru the app and constant practice thru progression.. I can do L sit on rings. Hanging L sits and my wife can do L sit on rings.. This stuff really works if you understand it takes time and practice and patients.. appreciate you Chris

if you like calm, measured, class, and style. following along to the Thenx and Heria channels will help you achieve your personal goals and keep you motivated. Which is the right fit for me. My wife watches really high intensity, loud music pylometric stuff and it’s what she needs to get pumped. I really like the access to progressions and compound movements so you can get started and build a good foundation. Been here 6 months , down 15 lbs and building back up now with visible obliques and abs. Thank you Chris.

Bro before pulling was my weak spot but because of you it’s now my strong suit I can now do a muscle up and straddle front lever because of you! And I would buy a heria weight vest but like I’m broke so I just tie some milk jugs or a chair or something for weight and I find it works really well
