So, i was a bit anxious to pick up an unfamiliar workout, and it definitely took me a few tries to coordinate some of the moves. But i'm so happy i was able to finish it and have fun in the process! A good sweat, easy on the joints, a new go-to. Thank you!

This was almost 😅 what the PT Doctor ordered! Seriously I’m trying to get some range of motion back in my arm and was able to incorporate some of the movements the PT gave me. Granted, I couldn’t raise it very high but I was able to do it. Plus it was so much fun 🤩 Thank you for helping me recover 🤗💕

Liked the video but found some of the cool down exercises a bit fast and bouncy , could be dangerous for the loss fit. Just saying as a class instructor, pt and exercise therapist for over 25 years
