I think air fryer is great for home kitchen, for commercial yes its very space consuming. The thing about air fryer is that its great for quick reheat even for fried stuff without sacrificing the texture, n its much faster (n less electricity consumption for smaller portion cooking) than baking with an oven, cleaning is also much easier at home. On top of that u can even cook eggs with it n with proper timing u can almost achieve the runny yolk eggs without boiling, this can be convenient when u dont hav multiple stove at home n u can both boil noodle while prepping ur egg seperately.
With an air fryer, all problems are solved as I often bake chicken mid join wings & salmon steaks in an air flyer. They all have crispy skin & so good. Anyway thank you for your sharing.

Good job! I got a answer from your video. Before making crispy roast pork, the skin was blistered successfully, but always very hard, now I understand after watching your video, the original skin was air-dried for too long.
