I used to email my notes to myself , so I could look them up easy. You have always got notes then no matter what computer you are on . When in training, the trainer to speed things up may put the work across as just a solo form filling exercise, but you have to imagine a caller on the other side as you are form filling. It is easier to remember stuff in context of you talking to a customer.

im still in the product training.we are not allowed to bring notes or pen so information overload is our struggle.we really have zero idea.

I remain call, imitate the trainer's mouth with my lips while he/she is talking, stay present, ignore unhelpful thoughts, tell myself that I am not alone going through this, that I am doing this to move forward. These ways I understand better what I hear and am able to follow the trainer's syllogism. When I don't think that things will get worse, I have space to receive more information. I believe that since it is a company's procedure to train a way, that way works.

Wow, i like that you step outside instead of staying in your room. Sometimes, staying in your room can make it boring. Overall, All your tips is useful. Thumbs up.

i think we just have to write down notes which are only important but i'm not saying others were not .. Its just more important to remember things that you could essentially use in the future

mark jhune Yes. For me, it's easier to remember if I have notes. But I get too distracted if my notes are not arranged or organized. 😄

man, this is definitely how it'd work for me. i wish i could do this, but the company doesn't allow notebooks nor pens during training. and the notes bloc in my outlook can't be accessed after office hours, so i can't really review them in my own time either ;____;

@@ReaNinja Hi sorry for the very late reply. Yes not allowed too. We document take notes on the costumers concern but after the call and everything will end and disappear (of course we have to save the info right after the call) No notes :(

It's good to know these tips but in my latest call center experience in 2021 I felt really stressed out. I felt like afraid and also like I could not find the right tool to take the call and I also felt like nerve sparks every time I heard I had an incoming call in the AVAYA. Do you think I should get professional help before applying again? I'd appreciate your opinion so much and have a nice day.

Are you already using a computer in the training room? If yes, then you can use the notepad or wordpad on your computer.
