Thank you for explaining the boxer step. It's always confused me and my footwork had been off apparently but this showed me exactly how its done.

Who needs Jazz Hands when you can have Jazz Legs? And so true about high legs making feel like Rocky, especially at the gym with lots of mirrors. Thanks for all the variations.

Is it the Ollie or Ali Shuffle?
@solitaryfrowns3 жыл бұрын
Im not familiar with this channel. So not sure if the youtuber’s name is Ollie, but it would be Ali. The boxer who made the shuffle famous of course.😅

Hi, 6 months ago I saw your first video on your 30 days Jump Rope Challenge and it just amazed me how could someone be doing what you did in such a short amount of time. I was intrigued. I like to call myself an athlete, mixing soccer and Insanity(Shaun T’s) type of training but I suffered through the years an ACL tear incident and a lot of lower back pain due to my work which is very physical. So I began in early March jumping rope and amazingly, I’m totally into it. Major thanks to you, I can now work out 4-5 times a week intensively without having to care for pain whatsoever. You’ve been the starting inspiration in this amazing journey. Thanks, guys!

Don't forget to stretch you calfs and the rest of your leg muscles, I did a 30 day programme and my achilles tendon is still bothering me after months.
