I’m 62 and vegan for 7 years. I just started my vegan raw food high-fruit journey 4 months ago. Bananas are my staple. I used to think I would not feel full and would be hungry on a raw diet. But the reverse is true. I feel very satisfied, and my brain rather than my stomach tells me when to stop eating now. I’m getting so many more nutrients in raw foods such that I don’t need to overeat, and my stomach feels great after eating instead of packed and bloated by long digestion times. I also intermittent fast. I follow Dr. Doug Graham’s 80/10/10 diet of 80% raw foods. I also follow Dr. Joel Fuhrman’s nutritional recommendations. My best friend’s husband co-wrote a few chapters of Dr. Fuhrman’s book, “Fast Food Genocide.”

This information is very relevant and helpful. Your presentation style is interesting, effective, and I love the music/sounds in the background. Keep up the great work! I’ve been vegan for 16 years and raw vegan on and off for a couple years but finally consistent for a few months now. I feel younger and healthier at 54 then I felt at 30! There is a huge difference between vegan and Whole Foods plant based eating where health is concerned. Since switching to a Whole Foods diet, I’ve reached my ideal weight and can do a pull up for the first time since I was a kid. The meat and dairy industry is great at spreading doubt, and several people are on the payroll….like trolls. Unfortunately, they do have many people believing that animal products are necessary for health despite all the real science showing otherwise. Your message is full of facts and explanations that are easy to understand and much needed.

My advice to you. Stock up on a lot of exotic fruits. Preferably organic ones. If you live near Florida or cali it shouldn’t be too hard. Big city markets have the as well . Go for seasonal fruits, make juices and smoothies as well, incorporate nuts seeds and maybe certain sprouts if you feel like it, a variety of fruits will get you right.

I usually try to have a kale berry smoothie everyday. 44-48oz. (blue, black and raspberry,) turmeric, ginger, dragon fruit and a few dashes of maca powder and cayenne pepper. I sometimes use coconut water or spring water. If I want almond milk I just add a cpl tbs of organic pure almond butter and for extra protein a couple tbs of hemp powder as well. for snacks. all melons, watermelon, grapes, kiwi, mangoes, soursop, sugar /custard apples, apples and whatever I can get my hands on in season. I recently started planting my own watermelon, pumpkin, sweet potatoes and red sweet peppers. next up is garlic, onions, ginger. the prices are skyrocketing in stores now they realize people getting more serious with their health after the plandemic and jabs lol

@@Barney-ii1no not really. maybe in the beginning but it's probably just cleaning you out. it helps me stay regular. i notice my urine is clear when i have smoothies or fresh pressed juice. no toxins to really get rid of. my energy and focus is better and I'm not as hungry throughout the day. I use about two cups of chopped kale and about another two cups of berries or mixed berries. I also add seamoss to my smoothies. I make my own gel and put about 2-3 tbs per 36-40 oz. I make enough for two days. make sure put ginger and turmeric and cayenne in every blend too. this week I'm doing red dragon fruit, blueberries and strawberries with kale with the other things I mentioned. every now and then I add black maca powder or organic almond butter for extra protein. 1-2tbs or avocado now that it's in season here for healthy fats. good for muscle repair/building. I'm drinking one as I type this lmao

Your video is very informative enjoyable to listen to. Thank you for sharing your extensive knowledge. Im a vegitarian but still considered obese by medical standards. I gave birth to my 3rd child 3 years ago and never lost the pregnancy weight. Anyway, Im on my 3rd day of only eating fruits and as of this morning, I have lost 4lbs. I dont feel hunger because I eat whatever fruit I want. I start out juicing 1 whole pinapple in the morning and just drink that for breakfast. I progress to other fruits throughout the day. Dont mix bananas and melons with citric fruits. If your looking for a salty fruit meal try dicing up cucumber, cherry tomatoes, avacado, and red onions together. Add some salt and pepper and enjoy. Super filling and it will take your salt craving away. Many blessings and good health to you all.🙏❤

This is a great topic and something I’ve been analyzing for the past few months eating mostly fruits, a coconut milk smoothie and one cooked chickpea and quinoa meal at the end of the day. Personally I believe the muscle building process isn’t as rapid as when I ate meat and starchy carbs but the progress has been notable with consistency. I’m now in the process of increasing my caloric intake with an additional meal to see if that helps with more rapid growth and recovery. I look forward to analyzing and applying the information present in this video ! ✌️

try Spirulina from an organic source which is grown in a closed system not polluted environment I know it is not fruit just helps a lot to detox which is crucial in the change to fruitarian as fruit detoxes body a lot and can be too detoxing, also Spirulina helps to grow muscles and it gives iron and magnesia without having anti nutrients that hinder iron absorption

yeah because plant protein and animal protein is different so you need significantly more plant protein to do the same thing (healing and muscle building) you may find that some injuries take impossibly long to heal however because some proteins and nutrients don't exist in plants. and your body makes them feel slowly or not at all. the RDA is kind of useless tbh. and irrelevant during building and strength training

@@TribeByNoire Well done to you for surviving this long. If what you are you saying is "true", why do so many babies die of malnutrition after being forced a vegan diet by their parents? It has become such a problem that countries like Belgium have put a law in place against it. I respect that you are trying to help people, but just because you are part of an extremely small % that have managed to survive on a vegan diet, does not mean it is ideal for humans. Please do some proper research before you put out videos advising people to put their lives at risk because you are against animal products. Every harvest for vegan products like corn & soy (for example) kill thousands of animals/creatures, so being vegan is not even about "caring for the animals ".

Man i was really hoping you weren't at the end just gonna say 'you also need to eat a plant-milk based smoothie and add processed protein powder'. Im about to embark on muscle building journey (with some past experience building muscle before raw-veganism). and i really just wanna do it simple and natural. As an over-thinking I will always question myself and ask if that is dogmatic. But then I always return to a feeling of simplicity/lightness and a sense that it's true. But great vid, i'm glad to have found you - i'll take a look around the channel. New subscriber here.

You don't have to drink protein smoothies if you don't want to. That just makes it easier to get more of the amino acids.

@@cmanpatrick dude don't follow this diet, don't follow any diet recommending used processed foods. Balance is what you need, whole organic foods. Following this diet will lead deficiencies in many vitamins and minerals.

I started a all watermelon fast a few weeks ago, but I noticed that instead of losing weight I was gaining 1-2 Ibs daily. Can you give me some advice as to why this happened? I don’t take medication nor have any sickness that I’m aware of. I do take supplements daily.. like sea moss, black seed oil, b12, D3, multivitamin, and elderberry with vitamin c & zinc

How many pounds per day were you eating?
@mrwilliams9954
@mrwilliams9954 8 ай бұрын
You’d have to eat two whole watermelons a day to get 2000+ calories. That’s a LOT of watermelon I don’t think that she was eating that much. She may have a hard time processing the glucose and her body may have been converting it to fat.

@yahuahmyrock 2 pounds of fruit per day depending on the fruit would be anywhere 300 to 600 cals per day. Mathematical that's not enough to gain fat. Were you experiencing chronic fatigue, or hunger, or poor sleep?

Can you be a boxer on only fruits? I eat a huge bowl of fruits, green teac and green jathropa leaves juice. Then have fonio cereal with dates, peanuts and tiger nuts. I eat one cooked meal at 2 pm. Food with veggies like beans or rice and vegetables like carrots, lettuce or kale, green peppers, cucumbers etc. The i make guinea corn pap in the evening with dates and peanuts. The next day i do the same with a huge bowl of fruits, afternoon salad with potatoes and little fruits. I learnt to eat this way through hallelujah diet. All plant and whole foods. 70 percent raw and 30 percent cooked. Northing artificial or in a pack. No sugar no salt
