Sandy may be navigating the “Sirocco” mega yacht again, but she brings a new level of leadership in season four. Hannah, looking to right her wrongs from last season, is hoping for smooth sailing with a strong interior crew. But will choppy waters threaten her redemption? Aesha, coping with a difficult past and using humor to get through tough times, is ready to hit the high seas and get another charter under her belt. Anastasia, born in the Republic of Georgia, has a strong sense of pride in her work ethic which takes her on an unexpected journey. João is looking for a fresh start and is laser focused on being the best Bosun for the crew, but not everyone is on board. Colin, feeling homesick, quickly finds himself on the outs after trying to connect with the new deck crew. Travis after a few mishaps begins to question leadership, however, it’s his “work hard, play hard” mentality that comes into question by the rest of the crew. Jack ruffles feathers when the crew notices he’s putting more effort into pursuing a crew member than his actual job.

There is much bitching about Sandy which I think is unfair. She is the boss and has to deal with backchatting, unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour from some of her crew members who seem to find it very hard to take criticism or follow orders. Goodness if I was their boss I would come down much harder on some of them.

Wow, this captain is temperamental! Successful women should not need to keep stressing their status and hectoring can reduce morale no end. I’m watching Below Deck Med from Season 1 as I didn’t really start paying attention until Season 3. I’m currently on Season 2. How did Hannah get asked back? She slept with a Charter guest, had shots with him and then LIED about it when it was discovered! Charter guest Jason was quite attractive, rich & was his states “Most .Eligible Bachelor”. He had dropped his cell phonic in the hot tub so he was using the boats master iPad to text Hannah. One of the crew discovered it and when they discovered it, Hannah *SWORE ON HER FATHER’S LIFE* that the text messages were sent after he left the charter. She broke several of Sandy’s rules, the boats rules and probably the maritime laws. How does someone like that get to keep her job? She’s also lazy and spends more time gossiping & complaining than she does working. I don’t like her at all and think Bravo should get a new Chief Stew for Below Deck Med.

Tbh Hannah is really attractive to me idk why. But with an attitude, demeanor, character like she has is one of the biggest turn offs in the history of human life 😂 not to mention her taking Valium. Which in my opinion is dangerous in itself + not having proper paperwork letting the captain know she had it. If she just had weed, warning and throw it away. But Valium and weed? Probably a really bad idea. Glad she's in a better place now though. I think she's pretty lucky to have not had a serious medical issue.
