I modified on some of the plank moves- I keep doing the video and modify as needed - keep going everyone - that's the way to get stronger!! This was killer.

Planks, sliders…..LOL probably not what people want to do but it is what we need to do. You always make it so effective! I also agree there may be times you need to modify but I don’t give up. Not anymore because now that I can do these exercises there is no way I would ever turn back to the time when I couldn’t. Also I loved this mix, my soooong was in here! The Chainsmokers lol.

Cardio X core. huh!!!! Christina mentioned a number of items to use in place of gliders, which I do not have, So I found two of those white hair nets food servers use. I decided I would use these as gliders on tiles, Well, let me tell you that those things stretched places in my core that I did not know that I had spaces. The last cross over legs I gave up. Mama's worn out, Going to bed. Bye. Oh yes! swiffer is without a 't". Am going to swiffer before I go to bed. See why we keep back Christina, it is the way you die of laughter

The sliders weren't as bad as I feared. Loved the mix-up of cardio and planks (I was sweating during this part, too!).

I have gliders at home but for the first time I used towels and I loved it!! Not easy but I was able to do it all…I’m so proud of myself..Few months ago I couldn’t do it. Thank you Chris for the motivation to do better everyday. ❤❤

Loved the workout Chris. I enjoy all your workouts. Some i cant do some are challenging. But i dont give up. You ve become a good friend to me. I love listening to you talk and laugh. I spend most of my time home alone. And doing your workouts everyday is something i look forward to. Thanks so much ❤

I never think I can do gliders, but I follow your advice and I do not quit. Thanks to you and me, lol, I have lost 6 pounds by following strength, cardio, kickboxing, mobility, barre, and whatever else you program. I will never quit!❤❤❤ Thank you!!!!

I hadnt checked the workout description and my heart sank a little in the after party when I saw what was coming but I stuck with it and half way through I found myself totally loving it and the fact that my planks are actually really improving with a few occasional modfications. I did regret having polished the floor at the weekend and making it extra slippy though!!🤣🤣🤣Great workout and practice definitely gets you there. Thank you Chris.

Thank you Chris, excellent workout. Coming back from shoulder injuries and surgeries, is tough. Sticking with you. The class was not an easy one with these factors and my age 69, but I did it. Loved the idea, great combo. It will give even the fittest a challenge. Thank you again

Thank you for another great workout. Was happy I could do this with the low impact mods. I added ankle weights to help add a little more to it. Love all you do!

Loved the variety in the alternating standing and plank moves - and the added challenge of getting up & down throughout the whole workout! SO good. 😅

I knew this was going to be intense, cause we're using our Gliders. This was great mix of cardio n core strength 😊. I will say some moves with the Gliders were hard, but I never gave up, and by the 2nd round, I was able to do them better. Definitely got my heart ❤rate up

I have this foam nonstick padding on my garage floor to workout on. I tried everything but it kept getting stuck. I just improvised and got a great core and cardio workout. Thank you so much!

I loved this workout! When I first tried a slider workout, I could only make it through *maybe* 15 seconds of each move. Today, I shocked myself and made it through all of them - because Chris makes it so much fun to keep trying!!! Thank you!

Great workout, sliders/planks are hard for me, got thru 1st round, 2nd round I did different knee moves, lifts, sides etc...just kept moving... as u always say 'that is the key'...thank you for all you do!

This was a toughie! Kept going despite wanting to stop so many times especially during the plank jacks which I normally don't mind. My gliders were really dusty so guess they needed a workout too. Loved it Chris, totally refused to give up & glad I didn't. 💪❤

I am shocked you didn't know Billie Eilish! But you nailed Chapelle Roan today, so you get points back. :-) Practicing piano - repeating mistakes over and over (to the horror of my family who had to listen) was great training in humility and learning, when I was younger. My son is the opposite; if he doesn't nail something the first time, he gives up, but I think he understands it's his own inflexibility and laziness, wouldn't blame someone else. You haven't done a cardio core in a long time and you know, this is my favorite format!! ;-)

Great workout I did with modifications to protect my wrists. Still got breathless and a dab on. I just don’t get the mentality of people who have to criticise stuff they ain’t even paying for, some ungrateful swines out there. Many thanks.

Such a good workout, Chris! Gliders not necessarily my fav, but always glad when we do them! And come on, 30-45 second--totally do-able!! No excuses...lids/washcloths/diapers/Swiffer (if I were a kid I would have dressed up as Taylor Swiffer / Swifter for Halloween) Thanks always for the daily physical and mental, not to say connection, laughs, entertainment!!!😊😊🥰😍❤
