I found this practice frustrating. I try to do yoga sessions 1-2x a day via a few different KZbin channels. I'm also getting back into running. I felt like she chose yoga poses for runners but did not keep at all in mind various muscle groups for runners that are actually tight due to running. From the very beginning it was lacking in modifications for really tight runners and their limitations. There was also very little education on the different poses. It just seemed like a video of a very flexible yogi doing good poses for running without actually being conscientious about tailoring a session for runners.
