From Monday June 3rd 2024 to Friday June 7th (I said the wrong date in the trailer and only realised when it was too late) we will be starting our FIRST ever Summer break pilates challenge and I can't wait!
This challenge has been designed to make you feel strong, happy and healthy with 5 days of fun, creative pilates routines here on youtube.
This challenge is all about getting your body and mind in a positive place for the summer. Focusing more on feeling good rather than looking a certain way for the summer break.
From a 30 minute top to toe pilates, 12 minute lower body to 15 minute stretch and release pilates and more, there is lots of fun packed into these 5 days and it can all be done at your own pace.
I can't wait to see you on the mat!

I want my classes to be a place where you can step away from the everyday. A place where you can switch off from everything and really focus on you.
