Loved this class! My posture is so bad... rounded shoulders, tech neck and pelvic tilt, would love a flow for this please. many thanks from Ireland 💚

Thank you, Charlie. Great sequence, smooth transition. I love the warrior three to high lunge. Very challenging practice but doable.

Love everything about that class! Perfect way to start the week - strong and happy! I would love to see some intermediate/ advanced classes next (40-50 min flows) or short classes like 20/25 min for powerful mornings! Thank you Charlie! 🫐🌷

Slower-paced class but with many controlled planks to downward-facing poses, which required a lot of strength💪. I enjoy the downward dog with alternate leg twists. Namaste🙏

Hi! Ma'am thank you soooo much for bringing such joys in our lives❤following you in this intermediate playlist. When started i was feeling low to skip today's yoga day, but started was hoping to end at 10 mins but little will power let me finish it even i dont know how? 😂But after shivashna whole body is sweating and my body feeling lighter❤thank you again❤

Your sequencing is beautiful. Lots of wobbling about during the balancing section -- new pose: Hopping Warrior 3. But I enjoyed the pacing and opportunity to relax more deeply into each pose.

181124 That was super, balance not working this evening, left flow was very far north of wobbly, right side worked a lot better. I have (momentarily, I hope) abandoned all attempts at Crow. Pity. Loved this class, challenging but very doable. Thank you, namaste.

Hey Rita don’t worry about it, it doesn’t matter if you got it or you didn’t, there’s no pressure for it to be perfect. I would much rather you have fun and make it playful, we learn better that way when there’s less pressure
