Yep good stuff Marco. Id post everything you cook on the trail. Your cooking Is a really good watch. I know from my own experiences hanging off cliffs fishing for Ulua that food is half the enjoyment of being out doors doing what you love to do with friends. Its great & Id highly recommend you post all of your cooking within reason. Its great to watch Marco-Post it.

Hi Marco, love your channel but as an argentinian i can’t allow u to put olive oil in the chimichurri as l saw in the Trailrecon video hahaha, we use corn or sunflower oil, a lot, and we put it over the meat when you turn it over ‘cause when it burnt become bitter.
