When I first started your workouts I was 177 lbs and I'm 12 years old. I have been doing them for about 1 and a half months now and I have lost 17 pounds. @@queenoyunda np. I didn’t do this specific workout but I did one of her thirty minute routines because it targeted weight loss more than specific areas of the body. It seems a little intimidating but tbh it’s really balanced out and isn’t too difficult. I chose to do this because I never felt motivated enough to click the next videos when doing any of her programs. So I found a really long one for weight loss which is my goal. Along with this I did 20 minutes of slow jogging on an incline or if I was feeling motivated, I did another 20 minute workout of hers. Dear dear Chloe, I know you've probably seen hundreds of comments like this, but you've genuinely changed my life soo much! During the past summer I would do your workouts constantly (in a healthy manner). I just couldn't get enough of them! But since I've started my first year of high school, I really lost all motivation to workout, as I was tired and stressed beyond belief. But then today, I decided to browse your yt channel again, and I found this video. I usually hate, hate, HATE back workouts, but I actually finished this one!! This is the first workout with a lot of planks in it that I've actually enjoyed. Day 1- feel the burn in arms and abs Day 2- didn't do the workout as my arms feels sore Day 3- done ✅ the workout Day 4- done with the workout arms feels sore again n burning too Day 5 - rest day😅 Day 6 - done the workout easily n soreness is gone.. I enjoy the workout thoroughly. My energy level is high Day 7 - done ✅ my back and waist is more toned now n energy level is high Day 8 - rest day 😅 Day 9 - wanted to fo bt it's diwali night so couldn't do the workout 😢😢 Day 10 - done the workout early in the morning itself 😅😅 energy level is high after completing it

Hey chloe! Id actually like to request a quite advanced program that are leaned onto learning how to do push ups. I can do a full push ups but with no repetition cuz i never train push ups. I only do push ups whenever you videos tell me to. If you made a program for beginners-intermediates who want to learn how to do push ups or who want to increase their push up strengths, it would be so so great. Thank you chloe xx

Can we have a more intense workout program please! Using weights with reps. Maybe additional optional workouts as well. I started your hourglass challenge, however, I think the dates are a little mixed up on the app. After the 31st of this month it goes into the next month about 3 days and then the next day is back to the 29th-31st and start over again with the 1st of November. Yes, do what you can and don't hurt yourself. It's all about building up. You can also modify the hard excerises or if that isn't possible do another in place of the one you can't do. Be kind to yourself, give yourself grace
