I put my spinach, from a plastic box container, in the freezer - the whole box. Then, when I use it in a smoothie it blends completely because the frozen leaves break up quickly and smoothly :)

Wow.. Whod-a "thunk?!" So it doesn't get all slime & brown. I will definitely do this! What about a container of spring mix + spinach...does that work ok too???

I love how you explain how we won't taste the spinach. Not that I wouldn't try it anyway but that simple comment made want to try it like- tomorrow. Love how you explained that almond butter from the store has other stuff (I assume undesirable stuff) in it. Just love these types of quick videos.

I did the Metaboost program and lost 13 lbs also! I am now one week further on and down another 2lbs. I am feeling so much better and actually eating MORE than I was before. So glad I found this informative and practical way to make effective changes!

I have done the meta boost plan 4 times now and have only lost 16 pounds in that entire time. You said you’ve moved on, but to what? I have no idea how to combine foods or what food types should be eaten together. For example, do I eat veggies with every meal, when do I eat fats with a meal, etc. I didn’t find that this plan taught me how to eat beyond the diet. Can you give me ideas of how you moved on past metaboost?

I've done the metaboost and the belly buster and lost one pound. How did you lose that much? I'm trying to continue but now I slip because of a number of considerations: cost, time, practicality, lack of ingredients etc... It's hard to keep this diet going long term. I have to ask are you for real or another sales technique?

I put almonds and chunks of caco in my blender first. Blended it first then added the rest. Worked great, tasted good.

Boughy and started your plan months ago. Did the flush and 10 day plan. I now eat dinner with hubby buy incorporate the vegs or salad in the plan. Other 2 meals i try to eat with the plan in mind. Am down over 9kg. Still have some more to lose but feeling great. Try to exercise at 3xs a wk at least. Thank you.

Mere- I buy organic bananas. I leave the skin on and freeze them in chunks to use in my smoothies. Adds extra fiber and loads of antioxidants. I wouldn’t use non organic though as too many pesticides.

This was really good. I find if I put the spinach and milk in first and blend for a little the spinach blends good. I hope this is ok I added 2 Tbsp. hemp seed and some yogurt. I wanted this smoothie for a meal replacement and needed the protein.

If you are prone to forming kidney stones, you can use kale instead as kale has fewer oxalates.

Is there another alternate to kale as well? Thank you Mere! There is a 25mm kidney stone in the kidney of this body. I try not to claim it, lol! So, are there any other greens besides kale I could use that has even less oxalates? Is there a green veggie or ANY other veggie that has no oxalates? Glad you liked it! If the cinnamon flavor was a bit overwhelming, consider reducing the amount for a milder taste. Here are some substitutions you can use for cinnamon: Ginger, apple pie spice, pumpkin pie spice, cardamom, and mace. 💕🌿

I don't recommend it as a meal replacement, it's more of a snack!! If you absolutely want it as a meal, make sure you add protein powder to make it more nutritious and filling😋

I did the Metaboost program and lost some weight (not sure how much) but I feel soooo much better, thank you very much... the problem is that I am not sure how to continue, i am really scare to take the weight back... Can I continue with smoothies in the morning? I Love them... I´m not sure what to do in the afeternoon, I come back to home a little latter than 7, can I have just some fruit for dinner? at that time ?

I made this the other day and loved how chocolatey it tasted, but, all I tasted was cinnamon (like a lot!) and the chocolate and there wasn't any sweetness to it at all. I drank the whole thing but it was pretty hard. Any thoughts? I used half of a banana and it was already a small banana. Could that be part of the problem? Also, do I need the 2 tsp of the cinnamon? I love cinnamon, but this was a lot.

Hey there! I recommend 70% or higher cacao (not cocoa!). Cocoa powder and cacao powder are similar, the difference is that cocoa is processed at a much higher temperature and often packaged cocoa contains added sugar and dairy. Cacao is the healthier option! 👍
