Workout: 1. Incline Dumbbell press 2. Incline Dumbbell flys 3. Chest press machine (Drop set) 4. Pec-dec 5. Push-ups Note: you don't need to copy the exact reps and sets, find your own limit (e.g. 8 reps, 2 sets) and try to progressively overload it.

@@maxton-_-4243 He went through all he takes on a podcast...he doesnt take near what you would think an i believe him because there isnt one bad side effect even in his older age. if you had his nutrition perfectly an took even a small amount of steroids with his genetics you would look like it to.

This is kind of the perfect amount of volume. Most lists like this get it wrong. Also everyone saying it’s because of the juice don’t understand that you can do this and still get big. Just because someone who’s on PEDs does it, doesn’t mean it won’t cause growth in you. Stop hating, just get bigger.

this is a month late but makes no sense to me why he didn't just cut the workout on the incline machine press. he did machine flys when he already did dumbbell flys then pushups, which is pretty crap when you have the press already

Yeah but he also recover easier from it, it's not like the average would be able to do these many exercises and be able to recover because it is overkill.

I literally went out of my way to drive 15mins to try this. Holy shit it was amazing, my new favorite sandwich from JM. Now I did it without the chipotle mayo and buffalo sauce and I felt it was perfectly balanced

Yes because it gets different parts of your chest. The incline angle I believe is upper and the decline is lower. The standard center angle is mid if I’m not mistaken. I’m far from a fitness expert but that much I do know ( at least I think lmao)😂

Theres no lower chest bro, pec dec and pushups isolate mid chest, which fobers connected to lower chest
