The scribes and Pharisees rejected Jesus because He was an existential threat against the religious establishment. In John 11:48, the religious leaders said: "If we allow him to go on like this, soon everyone will believe in him. Then the Roman army will come and destroy both our Temple and our nation.” Another reason why many in the Jewish community reject Jesus is because they misunderstand the prophetic timing of the prophecy in Isaiah 9:6-7: "For a child is born to us, a son is given to us. The government will rest on his shoulders." And then verse 7 says: "His government and its peace will never end. He will rule with fairness and justice from the throne of his ancestor David for all eternity." It is necessary to reconcile Isaiah 53 and Isaiah 9:6-7 because either they are contradictory (the Messiah cannot suffer and rule at the same time), or there is a definite space of time between when the Messiah fulfilled Isaiah 53 (His First Coming) and the fulfillment of Isaiah 9:6-7 (His Second Coming).

Please explain to me how can God can fear himself? Furthermore, why does Ezekiel 40 and 43 discuss building a third temple when Jesus was supposedly the ultimate sacrifice? And finally, when Jesus was born, there was no, as I said before, rebuilding of the temple, no restriction of the dead, no ingathering of the exiles, and no universal knowledge of the Lord. I rest my case.

@@logans.butler285 that is called the bandwagon fallacy: “if more people believe it, then it must be true”. Using that line of thinking, then Islam’s chances of being true are far higher, as it’s the fastest growing religion in the world. Also, Andrew Klavan may be smart, but he’s mot very knowledgeable about religion. When talking with Ben Shapiro in one video, Klavan was surprised to learn that Orthodox Jews believed the Bible was the Word of G-d. Klavan was born to a secular Jewish family and became a Christian later in life, so it’s not as though he was some scholar who converted. Moreover, many Christian scholars nowadays ARE converting to Judaism: pastors, ministers, and more. Check out Kiruv Media’s KZbin page for video testimonies of learned Christians accepting that G-d of Israel. Lastly, keep these words in mind if you should ever wonder if majority confers truth upon a group: “The L-rd did not set his affection on you and choose you because you were more numerous than other peoples, for you were the fewest of all peoples” (Deut. 7:7)

If it's a plural word that you think means 3 - why stop at 3 - why not 10, 50, or 100??!! "Elohim is NOT the Hebrew word for "three"! PLEASE do the research!!!
@janishart51283 жыл бұрын
@Messenger Charles: Nowhere do the Hebrew scriptures say this. God is ONE! (see Deut. 6:4) To learn WHY God said "in OUR IMAGE" and "in OUR LIKENESS", you need to learn from the Orthodox Jewish rabbis, who have been studying the original Hebrew scriptures all the way back to Mt. Sinai, and who are, in the absence of the Temple, tasked by God Himself (Deut. 17-8-11) with interpreting the Hebrew scriptures for us. THAT'S why you need to STOP learning lies from Christianity, who know ZERO about the Hebrew scriptures, which they REJECTED, and learn from the SOURCE - the Jewish people! That's another subject Christianity has NO idea about, and therefore preaches a false message: SATAN! To learn WHO and WHAT "Satan" ACTUALLY is, read the book of Job, VERY CAREFULLY, noting the FRIENDLY conversation taking place between God and Satan, and that Satan has ZERO plans to overthrow God and take His throne for himself, as is falsely preached by Christianity! READ IT FOR YOURSELF - it's right there on the page in front of you!! BTW, what WONDERFULLY, LOVING language you, as a 'Christian' use towards the Jewish people - "wretches", you call us!! If you notice, I didn't call YOU even one dirty name - name-calling seems to be a trait taught by YOUR religion! Well I gotta tell ya, GOD, Creator of the universe, DOESN'T happen to agree with you and your false, pagan religion! DO THE RESEARCH!! In my opinion, the Jews could not believe that the God described in their own bible is exactly how it was written. They started saying but... he cant do and cant do that. Unfortunately, no one cab truly claim he knows everything about God. For example, in Genesis 18:1 it say "And Hashem appeared unto him in the terebinth trees of Mamre; and he sat in the entrance of the ohel (tent) in the heat of the day;". It is clear from here that Hashem appeared unto Abraham. But when the Jews interperete they start adding things that is not there, thus increasing their confusion about God. I take scripture the way it is written. God indeed "appeared unto" Abraham. With much respect to Rabbi Tovia, I still have not seen him interprete scriptures in way that is exactly what we have right in front of us. This is indeed amazing.

So, after hearing the truth from Rabbi Singer, how many of you are willing to learn Hebrew so that you will never again be duped by fast talking Missionaries. The depth that is in the knowledge of Judaism is endless. It is not a religion that forces you to believe and not question. Do you even know what Septuagint is ? The fact that the Bible is the worlds best seller, proves that it is Gods true inspired word, for if it wasn’t, then God would not have allowed millions around the globe to be deceived by the One who came in His name. You see that right? The One who stands out above all others, above all names, is glorified universally. And you think we got it wrong through forgeries ? What kind of God do you believe in that would allow that to happen. Let me remind you they all died a cruel death for Jesus Christ, but what have you done for God? Do you go to the ends of the earth preaching in His name ? Have you sacrificed your safety to expose your views on God to the world? Are you willing to die a cruel death preaching the good news of God, which is the gospels, which is that God forgives us of sin through belief in His Son? I already know your answer is no, cause your probably safe at home, typing away on your phone. You probably think “it’s their problem not mine,” you probably think gentiles are some of the worst people. So it’s trivial to me that people like yourself can deny the work of the Apostles and the ones Gods selected. Deny its authenticity. How you can look at their deaths and say “meh, they should’ve known better.” When it’s people like you who should have known better. The question of many Jews to reject Jesus is somehow complicated, because it was also prophesied in many verses in OT. The reason why, God Himself knows. To mention few Psalms 118:22,23 Stone rejected by builders, Isaiah 49:7 This says the Lord, To Him whom man despises, To Him whom the nation abhors (read Isaiah 49:1->7) Isaiah 53:1whom has believed our report, and to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed? ver.3 He was despised and rejected......, ver.10 Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise Him; He has put Him to grief, when you make His soul an offering for sin, He shall see His seed, ......., And the pleasure of the Lord shall prosper for in His hand. In John 1:11 He came to His own, but His own did not receive Him. In Roman 9:1->5 Apostle Paul griefs on the people of his nation. Also Roman 11:25->29. So time is coming, all Israels will later accept Jesus. Zechariah 12:10 ... ; then they look on Me whom they pierced. Yes, they will mourn for Him as one mourns for his only son,..... .

@@jevonjulien2620 According to Rabbi Yitz on the Ask Noah Forum, the Satan is the tempter, and he works through a person's evil inclination. This angel's job is to test us to see if we will remain faithful to God. The author of the Tanya writes that the Satan and the evil inclination (the yetzer harah) believe in God and are loyal to God, but they have the job to tempt us away from the proper path. It is our job to use our willpower to resist these temptations, or to sincerely repent if we err. The Satan is given the tools to do his job, which include finding the weaknesses of each person through his or her unique evil inclination. If we go off the path as a result of the "yetzer hara" then we are on a lower level than it is. If we overcome the "yetzer hara" then we rise to higher level. The evil inclination is rooted in a person's power of imagination. The person imagines how good it will be if he gives in to his temptation. The Jewish confessional prayer on Yom Kippur contains this confession: "For the sin which we committed before You with the evil inclination." This refers to a person who deliberately arouses within himself a desire for a sin which the Satan was not assigned to tempt the person with.

@wesley8173 It's not Torah Law that needs to be spread amongst the gentiles. Torah Law is incumbent ONLY on Jews, like American Law is incumbent only on Americans. American Legal System doesn't expect other countries to follow American Law, but DOES expect other countries to operate on the basis of fundamental standards of justice and civility. Torah Law observance by JEWS is a vehicle intended to INSPIRE the gentiles to adopt fundamental humanitarian moral principles, and not to inspire the gentiles to become Jews. The problem with Christianity isn't that it is not following Jewish Law, but that it CLAIMS to be the New Judaism, a REPLACEMENT ideology focused on Jews in a NEGATIVE WAY, and invested through its own command, to sabotage Torah Law, and the ability of Jews to be loyal to their own Laws and their own Legal System. "New Testament"? Judaism has no problem with other religions and is not a supremacist ideology in thinking it is the ONLY Valid WAY to worship G-d. Judaism does not grantee more benefits to Jews than to Gentiles in any realm of existence. Christianity is a supremacist replacement ideology that degrades the humanity of Jews in the minds of millions of gentiles resulting in 2000 years of persecution culminating in a brutal genocide.

Jesus was called out of Egypt as a child. As G-D in the flesh, He showed all the qualities of G-D's love and care. He feed the hungry, cared for children, and healed the crippled (among many other miracles) and the Jews still didn't know who He was. He also called His people to follow Him and they did.

God transcends time, so He does not have a beginning, an end, or any age. He does not change, for there is nothing that can cause Him to change. He creates time and space, and those limited dimensions are part of the overall limitations of the universe. But He, in His true existence, is not limited by anything, and therefore He is not under the influence of time and space (Seven Gates of Righteous Knowledge by Rabbi Moshe Weiner and Dr. Michael Schulman, p 17).

You are mistaken. Prophecies does not fit your false Messiah. We don't accept him for the simple fact that he is not a descendant of David. His father is a Roman soldier and he was conceived when his mother was already engaged equal to being married. He is what the Torah calls: wayward son/born out of wedlock. Then Xtians claim that he is a son of G-D which is blasphemy for The ONE TRUE G-d is not a man. He is ALONE: no one before him nor after HIM. So Yeshu is not part of Him. Xtianity is a false religion and has nothing to do with the ONE TRUE G-D and the faith of REAL Jews.

As an X-Christian I have to agree with Rabbi Tovia: The New Testament is in opposition to the Torah and that most definitely includes Jesus opposing the Torah. So with Jesus being a Jew he shouldn’t be opposing the Torah at all but yet he does. Yes it’s very true that Christians don’t know the Jewish Hebrew Bible when it comes to the Old Testament. The Torah no doubt has to be the most accurate biblical writings….the Torah is the first scriptures ever written that were not tampered with by the Jew’s because the Torah is their OWN and they would NEVER DARE tamper with what HaShem has spoken…they had no reason at all to tamper with their OWN scriptures, but the early Christian church had many reasons to corrupt the Torah in order to fit it to their own agenda and had no problem doing it. They didn’t care that they were corrupting and rewriting Torah scriptures.

The Rabbi is right in the sense that ministers in the Christian churches don't spend much time explaining the Old Testament. He overlooks the fact that many Believers read and study both New and Old in the Bible for themselves. The problem is that the Jewish authorities were expecting a conquering, reigning Messiah, as predicted in the O. T. This is explained in the N.T., as the 2nd coming of Jesus Christ w trumpet and angels. The O. T. Book of Psalms gives dif brief clues to the life and death of Jesus on earth, as part of family of Mary, to those interested or amenable. The Roman Gov, Pilate, told the Pharisees, that they had their own guard. According to secular history, after the temple guards woke up, and saw an empty tomb, they reported back to the temple. Roman guards would have been executed for falling asleep at their post.? Temple authorities told their guards, not to worry, The guards were, reportedly, bribed to tell everyone that Jesus desiples came and and stole the body., so they could claim he had risen from the dead. N. T. records, that after Jesus arose, he appeared to 500 Jews for many days; and his remaining 11 apostles observed his Ascension. The apostles willingness to testify and undergo brutal death lend credence to what they witnessed and believed, incl all the miracles and those he raised from the dead.?

Shalom. I know this is an old video, but I really need to give response toward the caption. To those who have brain, doesn't the caption on this video read and sound like a foolish question sentence? What kind of caption is this: "If YHVH is Ha-Moshiakh, why Jewish did not accept HIM?" I will show you straight to the point, and I also give the chances to netizens to dig in. First, let's ask following questions based on Bible Facts; If Ha-Moshiakh YHVH was The Son of Man who was born as a Jew who was fulfilling His promise written in Isaiah 43:11 (which wrote as followed: "I, even I, Am YHVH, and apart from ME there is no savior."), should His Jewish People have to accept Him at His first coming? Second question: If Ha-Moshiakh, Adonai YHVH, in your opinion, should be accepted by His Jewish people at His first coming, then how can Adonai YHVH Ha-Moshiakh fulfill His promise written in Isaiah 43: 11? If Ha-Moshiakh YHVH Adonai, in your opinion, must and should be accepted by His Jewish people at His first coming, then how can Adonai YHVH Ha-Moshiakh fulfill all criterias written in the Tanakh? For example, all nations will listen,,repent, and return to Eloah YHVH, or lions will lie down eating grass with babies, children play near snakes pit, and so on, and so on? Shouldn't Ha-Moshiach, the Son of Man, Adonai named YHVH have to finish his Promise written in Isaiah 43:11 first, before all criterias can be fulfilled? According to you, what is the role for Adonai YHVH Ha-Moshiakh in order to becoming of the Savior of man? What does The Savior of man mean to you? Here comes the next important question; if the Jews people did not accept Him, did those rejecters receive salvation? Did those rejecters accept What HE Promises in Isaiah 43:11? The questions above are the list of logical questions for those who seek the truth, for those who appreciate the brain capabilities given by Eloah YHVH Tseba'ot the Creator, for all descendants of Adam who have known the right and the evil. So, if you claim yourselves as a teacher, what are your answers to the questions above? Do you have the courage to answer? Netizens are waiting for the respond.

There are seven eyes on that one stone, and I will engrave an inscription on it,’ says the Lord Almighty, *‘and I will remove the sin of this land in a single day.* - Joshua is the hebrew name of Jesus - God said, He will use the highpriest "Jesus" as a sign/foreshadow of something that will come in the future - what will come in the future is His servant "the branch", and what will happen is, that God will remove the sin of this land in one single day "The Branch" is a messianic title: *Jer. 23,5-6* (written 600 BC) 5 Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, *that I will raise unto David a righteous Branch,* and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth. 6 In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this is his name whereby he shall be called, The Lord Our Righteousness. *Isaiah 11,1/10* (written 700 BC) *1 And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots:* [...] *10 And in that day there shall be a root of Jesse, which shall stand for an ensign of the people; to it shall the Gentiles seek: and his rest shall be glorious.* The hebrew word for "Branch" in Isaiah 11,1 is "netser" (נֵצֶר) and is closely related to the name Nazareth (נָצְרַת). Jeschua miNatzrath (יֵשׁוּעַ מִנָּצְרַת) (Jesus of Nazareth) The root of Jesse refers to the line of David: *Ruth 4,22* And Obed begat Jesse, and Jesse begat David. The Branch will come and remove the sin in one single day: *Isaiah 53,1-12* (written 700 BC) 1 Who has believed our message and to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed? 2 He grew up before him *like a tender shoot, and like a root out of dry ground.* He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to him, nothing in his appearance that we should desire him. [...] 12 Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and *he was numbered with the transgressors;* and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors. *Luke 22,37* It is written: *‘And he was numbered with the transgressors;* and I (Jesus) tell you that this must be fulfilled in me. Yes, what is written about me is reaching its fulfillment.”

@Ken Brownsher Of course there is none before or after God... there is only one God. But He does exist in three eternal persons, Father, Son and holy Spirit. The Son is the Angel of the Lord that is YHWH but also distinct from YHWH. And your rabbies chose translations and interpretations to push the Israelites away from Jesus. Dont trust them blindly. The Tanakh has one main topic - Jesus.

Hi sir. Just wondering if you just took the word and actions of yeshua could he of fulfilled the role as messiah.. By the book..?? Serious question my friend. Thanks.

No, because anyone who creates a new religion is automatically a false prophet. Gentiles are obligated to keep the Torah's 7 Noahide commandments. Good luck.

@@hrvatskinoahid1048 thank you for your reply sister. I'm still researching it. But clearly your more of an authority of law.. I'm a gentile. And how would I be saved without yeshua. And his covernant with people not of the tribe.

@@hrvatskinoahid1048 and what 7 commandment should I keep

@@thatguyinnit.1560 Anyone who accepts upon himself the fulfillment of the seven Noahide commandments and is precise in their observance is considered one of 'the pious among the gentiles' and will merit a share in the world to come. This applies only when he accepts them and fulfills them because the Holy One, blessed be He, commanded them in the Torah and informed us through Moses, our teacher, that Noah's descendants had been commanded to fulfill them previously. They are the prohibitions of (1) idolatry, (2) blasphemy, (3) homicide, (4) forbidden relations, (5) robbery, (6) eating meat that was taken from a still-living animal (cruelty to animals), and the requirement (7) for societies to establish courts of justice.

@@hrvatskinoahid1048 Yeshua did not create a new religion, He never talked about creating a new one, nor did He said to His followers to create one.
