⁠@@rickbeamseal team 6 is mostly hostage rescue and extraction. They’re obviously very good at what they do but they don’t do this. The operations in the movie are Delta force type operations. They kill or capture high value targets and conduct counterterrorism campaigns. They’re much more on the spectrum of semi-legal to strictly illegal black ops, which is why they don’t really report to anyone else in the military and have their own separate chain of command, insulating the army and intelligence agencies from the legal consequences of what they do. They’re murderers and assassins. And unlike the seals do now, the deltas don’t have a lot of visibility in popular culture because their members don’t talk about their training or what they’ve done because a lot of it is war crimes.

He was in the Rainbow games all the way up to Vegas 2. He was the last Director before Rainbow was decommissioned in the game series. I wish Siege had a storyline and at some point you see some of the original Rainbow operators like Ding, Keller, Bishop.
