The foundation of our content comes from Brain Education, an academic study from South Korea that stems from over 40 years of research and application and has been practiced by millions around the world.
WHY WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH…
We suffered from high-functioning loneliness and depression our whole lives. We lived different lives in different states, but when we met, we realized we were struggling with common issues that reflected an important problem in our young adult generation. We didn’t know who we were, what we were passionate about, what we should live for, and what direction our lives were “supposed” to go. We spent a lot of time wandering in search of that magical ‘answer’ that will solve all problems (like I’m sure most of you are doing right now), and yet the further we searched outside, the more pronounced the emptiness inside of us felt.
Millions of people suffer silently from mental health related issues. Yet our society still places taboos around openly talking about relevant mental health topics like loneliness, depression, and anxiety. As a result, our young adults don’t know how to talk about it constructively, where to turn to, or what resources they have to combat this real-life threat to their wellbeing.
We credit Brain Education for giving us the courage to overcome our own mental health struggles and create the lives we want...and now we hope you can too through the videos we share on this channel.

ive had brain fog for many many years. this was my first time trying anything like this and about 2 minutes in, I started crying like a baby and couldn't stop! super unexpected. i really can't deny that something was released here

For some reason after I did this, I started feeling teary? I think my brain fog lifting helped me be more mindful of my emotions, which in turn, has made me feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders....so yeah, I would say this helped lol!! Thank you!

I started doing this today and it feels crazy. As if my head isn't as heavy. I started developing brain fog as a symptome of pms, have a doctor's appointment soon to get this checked out but this routine really helps to ground myself for now. I will definitely continue doing this!!!

Why is my brain fog almost back to its original state after I did it today? Yesterday after I did this exercise I felt much more clear, but now after I just did it again, I feel my brain fog is worse/back to its orginal state before ever trying this meditation? Did I do something wrong? Please tell me, i did it yesterday and today so 2 days in a row

Thank you so much I’ve been dealing with cptsd and severe anxiety, brain fog that makes me feel like a zombie. So far my anxiety has been debilitating for for the past two years. Making it hard to leave the house, interact, find motivation to even keep going. I was smoking everyday for 2 years abusing weed until it made me sick. This week everything changes. I thought this cloudy empty way of seeing the world everyone else seen it the same way. This video along with prayer and trying to correct my habits is going to be my starting point. I hope that someone else who may be going through the same thing can see this and just know that things are going to get better but not if you don’t do it for yourself. We can make the change. Philippians 4:6-7 this way: “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”

I did this once, I felt my brain had fog glued to the side walls and realized how sever my case is. Hopefully that will get better too. I will comeback after a week of doing this twice daily and will share my result.

I'm currently coming down from some medication I've been on and the withdrawals can cause a lot of fogginess in the brain. So even though this didn't take the fogginess away completely, it did at least a little, thank you! I feel like I can go on about my day with a bit more of a clearer mind :)

I just did this routine and the heaviness in my brain went to my right eye after awhile and by the last breath had descended to right cheek and nostril. Does that mean I should repeat… 🙏🏽

You can adjust your posture to what is comfortable for you. Just make sure to keep your spine straight so that energy can flow well

The tapping on your belly is to keep you from feeling nauseous. You can try to shake your head a little less and tap harder while imagining your brain stem moving inside of your brain. That helps many people who may feel nauseous!

It could mean that you have some untended shadow that wants your attention. There is nothing wrong with your reaction! Just keep going with your self care.
