sir January me covid hogya and uske baad exams aagye training me bhot zaada break aagya tha. 2 weeks se dubara start kardiya but systematic way me training nahi ho rhi thi. abhi same aapke latest workout follow kar rha hu. pehle wala confidence vaapas aa rha hai aur next level pump feel hota hai.
