Very nice. Foot work very well done. Once you set up a punch like that you know where your opponent it is going to end up at that's why we set it up like that great job great breakdown.

This style seems to be good for countering, but it also seems to sacrifice power to a certain degree.
@Charlessalbox2 жыл бұрын
You generate power in two ways... forceful and explosive. Boxing normally accommodates for latter also if you land with the Jab your opponent sometimes falls back... the Cross must move with the target

Would you not be a little off balance throwing the cross like that tho if anyone with experience knows really to me I’ve been boxing for a while but I’m open to any new information that I may not be aware of
@Charlessalbox8 ай бұрын
no because you need to drill maintaining balance with one foot (front) and using the other to generate power (rear)

That Cuban style looks dangerous. If you get caught mid way, youre already out of balance and can go down or worse get seriously hurt. Il leave that to the Cubans and stick to normal fundamentals.

@@Charlessalbox it's funny because your technique was flawless to the point we're I could see the different guard and fighters who use it to great effect like the check hook cross I've seen Mayweather pull that the backstep cross I've seen Manny pull it in south paw the slip cross it was not Marcus madiana but like his sparring buddy Lucas Mathias he knocked somebody out with that setup guard and cross man ya technique in showing the body mechanics didn't miss a beat with athletes going full speed you somehow showed way slower so we can see it better great channel I'ma keep tuning in
