@11:06 YES!!!! this will be one of those builds people look at when it's done and can't figure out why it sits so perfect compared to all other murci's. it's the little details that are actually massive amounts of work. takes a good eye to spot it, visualize it, and have the balls to do it.

I had exactly the same issue with the 345/30/20 Michelins. They are girthy, and oversized for their rated size. I went with 325/25/20 and it worked flawlessly. Keep up the great work, dude!

👍I remember that episode well. I get a lot of people asking me how I fitted the 345/30/20 on the car when it was standard'ish' I explained "lots of chopping" 🤓

Looking good, agree with you that the rear bumper should follow the wheel like the front near the cooler on the side skirt. Also incase you didn’t know the Michelin’s even if the same tyre size as another brand always have a taller sidewall and slightly wider tyre width which can cause fitment issues.

Going down to 19s is a good idea imo, that way you can have a bit more sidewall on the tyres to emphasize the whole *race car* look. How about work Meister L1? I think they'd suit it

Hello Phil, Your Murci GT1 will be an one off and it already looks outstanding. We had to do a similar remolding to my GT2 Widebody Z06. Time consuming......but the end resutt is so rewarding.

The decklid is just for mockup so we can work out the slots. It's being made in carbon fibre 👍

almost needs caster toward rear end kinda? Like the wheel needs to be pushed back toward rear of car, as if the wheel isnt centered in the wheel wll.

It has been as much as adjustment allows. The shape of the arch was specifically designed with this 'styling point'

I don't see how people can feel bad about cutting the arches when people put Liberty Walk kits on some. For wheels, perhaps Work VS-XX's? Give it that GT motorsports vibe to help accentuate the kit you have.
