Just did this one today, I have to admit when you were previewing the exercises I was getting nervous - these are hard! But I found once I got going and stuck with a good pace I was able to do it. The "reboot" section helped me a lot, it was not a time to relax and let the body go - you still had to have complete control of your core the entire time and by the end of it I was ready for the 2nd circuit. I encourage everyone to get the Pilates Bar Desiree has, it is an amazing tool to add to your dance and workout routine!
