I don't know if besides a trainer you are a kind of life guru💞... #HR12WEEK 4.0 is making me realize of so many things beyond just body training... Today I felt so grateful during the workout for just to be able to move my body... I was making the movements with this profund sense of gratitude and really enjoying My body no matter its shape, weight, limits or anything else... Also, I am feeling so proud of myself for being consistent with the program, for making My Best effort Even in the exercises I do not like or which are harder for me, but enjoying every part of it. And all this is thanks to You Heather 💖 this is not just a physical program, it is truly holistic and fantastic in ways that I can not Even explain... You are changing our bodies and beings, not just in the outside, but also inside... Listened to my body today. Switched day 13 for day 14 and dropped the weights. My body needed a break from weights. The cobra wave and laying twist felt amazing on my back. Another great day of moving my body. Thank you HR.

Im 41 in april and this mobility workouts feels like heaven ,my body needed this and I'm so thankful i noticed a great change afther i did the hip mobility,my hip didn't hurt as much anymore (i have hip arthritis) so im always happy when i see mobility workouts for know on .this is really the best workout plan i ever did and im excited to see what comes.i even think i will repeat all the workouts when its finished . I am loving the mobility routines! The workouts are all great, and I've been surprised that I haven't needed to modify much like I thought I might (I'm over 60). Sometimes we have an area that just needs a little extra love and it would be so helpful to just be able to find the mobility exercises for that area.

Loving this program! Heather, I need some advice. I have no flexibility. I also incorporate yoga into my routine. I end of with lower back pain. I can’t do a forward fold or touch toes. My hamstrings and hips are tight. For reference I’m 5’4 and weigh about 112. Do you have anything on your channel for flexibility?
