Where is my 40+ crowd who's really wishing they had started mobility work in their 20's? 🙋🏼‍♀️🙈 lol Don't worry - it's never too late to get started!! Take it slow, listen to your body and incorporate routines like this one consistently and I promise you will see improvements!

I’m 56 and although I’ve been working out for decades I’m recently incorporating more mobility and the occasional aches I get have disappeared. I also appreciate the ads being in the beginning or during rest instead of interrupting the workout. Thank you!

LOVE this 4.0 Heather. This is my favorite point O yet! My goal is always more muscle. A brisk walk daily is enough cardio for me along with your workouts. Lots of new moves which keeps me on my toes! The first round of the weighted plank I had to call out to my hubby to put the dumbbell on my back. Next round I saw what you did. Brilliant. You are our Queen! 😂❤

I am loving this series. Already I notice a difference. I have had to modify a couple of exercises. Thankfully I know how to modify and still get results. Every workout has been so good. I feel like I have accomplished something. I am 65 and in 2019 I completely changed my life. I changed my eating and my workout routine. I lost 70 lbs. I worked out through covid without mirrors. I found Heather’s videos and started following her. I have used some of her weight workouts. I have been doing the 4.0 videos at my gym. Best decision ever!!. Thanks Heather!!😊

Can't thank you enough for this program! One week after finishing it, I participated in a running race called "Woman race" and I was able to run 3km without losing breath or feeling tired 💪

Loved the mobility! I am used to mobility from dance and exercise love over the years BUT I definitely let that side down and especially needing to work on my shoulder area more. So THANKYOU for helping me remind to take it in and focus on THAT x

These core mobility WO's are so needed for me! Not only am I sitting down for hours at my desk job but also lifting alot of stuff from my other job. This alone definitely helps me in so many ways! I love how I'm sweating at the beginning of this WO to tone my core but also at the same time giving those shoulders some love they need.

This was awesome!!!! Thank you so much. I have had a painful shoulder all year and have been working on it and around it in various ways. During this class it hurt but not too bad and straight after the pain is the lowest it has been for 11 months!!! SO so so happy 🥰

In my mid 40’s and wished I’ve met you sooner. This mobility workout is one that I’ve needed for a couple of yrs now since I started using weights and so glad I found you and starting new journey with you. Day 9 completed with 20 lbs weight and feeling a lot of released stress from the shoulder mobility. Can’t thank you enough for adding this to our series.

Loving these workouts & loved the stretch at the end. Nice to get back into mobility work again. Won't attempt the loaded plank again for a while 😂 smacked in the back of the head twice was more than enough 🙈

Thank you so much for this amazing work out. I am 54 years old and three years into menopause. This workout was recommended by a friend of mine over a month ago. Thanks for the shoulder mobility! This climber needs it! Especially after two days in a row of climbing and your chest and shoulder work out this morning as well. Been customizing my days to do upper body after a climbing sesh and hoping to see some good strength improvements!

I've started making these core/mobility videos my Saturday routine and it's been wonderful. The hip mobility last week really made a big difference in my ongoing hip pain (will continue to do it). I could definitely feel where my shoulders needed some extra love in this one too. It would be helpful to have the mobility sessions narrated to ensure proper form (I wasn't always positive I was getting the most out of the moves). Thanks so very much, Heather!!!

LOVE that you're incorporating mobility into these programs! My husband has been doing mobility for 15+ years (since his early 20s) because of hereditary joint issues and he notices a major difference when he isn't faithful. He always says, "I might look ridiculous doing some of this, but it'll catch up to you too eventually, babe!" ... yep, he was right.

Thank you for the mobility exercises. My shoulders are something I try to protect at all times and really welcomed the chance to give them a gentle stretch. Still, that workout is a real workout. Thank you!

Thank you for this workout! Encouragement for anyone trying to workout with little kids in the house-- I persevered through this with a 2 yr old and 6 yr old climbing on and around me (the reverse table top was their favorite😊)
