Thank you so much for providing this series--I hope to make my way through more of your workouts and repeat them! I need something gentle because of past injuries, tendinopathies, and most recently a broken/sprained ankle requiring weeks in ortho boot. Would not be able to keep up with live version, due to small apartment, needing to move chair & mat in and out of space, and an inability to fly up off the floor into the next sequence. With your posted version, I can stop, rewind and get into position. :D

Good sequence. Would request, when incorporating floor work, if you could add just a beat or two for those of use who aren't quite as nimble and require a couple extra seconds getting up and down. Posture work...yeah! And more Audrey yoga. :)
