We are facing the 3rd heat wave here in Brazil, and even training early is complicated. I finish training very tired and sweaty, but also very happy and satisfied with my performance. Thank you so much for being my training partner for almost 2 years Heather. A big hug from Brazil.❤

I never knew how important lower body exercises were until I started working out with you/your programs. Legs are important - they are the foundation that takes me to the refrigerator for a big glass of water after I sweat 🙂. Thank you, Heather!

I really loved this lower body strength workout, maybe my favourite of your 4.0 leg workouts yet Heather! I find my balance getting better with these types of workouts, and feel stronger in my legs most certainly. My legs, back and glute muscles love these and need routines like these. Thank you!! ❤❤❤

More than the heat and sweat, what I felt most were the fluidity and less exhaustion, even with heavier loads, compared to the earlier weeks😍 so many thanks to this kind of multi-week training program🙏🏼❤

I did each circuit 3 Times instead of 2 and the sweat is REAL 😂 So effective with heavier dumbbells

Heather, in the cool down part of the workout, don't you ever feel like yawning? What I most like about your trainings is that whenever you get unbalanced or the heavy weights are way too heavy for you to finish the set without a two-second break, I see you are just like us. haha... I absolutely love that! Thank you for all the love put here in your channel. 😍
