Found out something great the other day, in light of Wesley's progress vs Breon's reign: Ansley is 39. He's been working out since he was 14 (if I remember correctly; saw him being interviewed by Mike O'Hearn). This is why he looks so complete, why he's got such fantastic muscle density and quality. I say this is 'great' news because it puts things in perspective for Wesley...given that he's as young as he is. 'The future's so bright, I gotta wear shades.'

Can you make a video about , How to keep training and get muscles but to lose/avoid belly fat. (What to it to keep 0 belly fat)
@comtruise23085 жыл бұрын
Its easy bro but you need patience, train hard at least 4-5 days a week, eat clean and avoid all kind of trash food and sugars, do some cardio for at least 20-30 minuts every day after your train session or if possible before breakfast, trust me you will see good results in some months and don't forget to drink water every single day
@joeldavis285 жыл бұрын
Com Truise You are definitely right about patience. It’s very easy to know what to do but so hard for a lot of people to do it cause it’s an everyday thing and takes time. A lot of people are just looking for quick results and don’t realize how many years of work these guys have put in to look the way they do. Great advice. Anyone who can stick to what you said for a good amount of time and be patient will definitely see some big changes.

Joel Davis yeah for sure. I’m already doing the things he did for a month now. Trying to lose weight while building/maintaining muscle. I’m having problems with the rest few kilos, but a big progress nonetheless. Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard
@joeldavis285 жыл бұрын
@@Herculean.Aficionado Definitely true. Good job on the progress Jonathan. You should be proud of yourself. At this point if you feel like you have hit a sticking point just keep doing what you are doing and don't change anything drastic. Just tweak one thing, for example mabye lower your carbs a bit or anything you think may give your body a tiny shock and see how you feel and go from there. Just listen to your body and change things accordingly. Get as much info and tips as you can and try them out for yourself and use what works for your body and eliminate what doesn't. Nothing is better then when you can listen to your body and almost know what it needs based on how you are feeling each day and week to week. Keep up the good work friend and good luck reaching your goals.

Is there certain tricks you use to maybe not put on as much body fat.. I know on a bulk your going to put on fat but I'm sure you can limit the amount of fat you put on right?
@Eraay5 жыл бұрын
yeah just dont overeat its that simple dont eat more than 500kcal above maintenance and you will be good.
@joeldavis285 жыл бұрын
No tricks really unless you consider running gear a trick. The best way is to be patient and bulk slower. It’s easy to get caught up in just trying to gain as much size as possible as fast as possible but eventually when you go to cut down you will have more fat to loss which will require a longer cut which is just more time to lose the muscle you added during your bulk. Imo clean bulking is the way to go. I use the term clean loosely. It doesn’t necessarily mean you have to be spot on with your eating, just meaning clean opposed to a traditional all out bulk. Everyone is built different and responds differently so in no way am I saying this is the best thing for everyone but personally it makes it so much easier for me when I always keep my body fat low even while bulking.
