Seriously if u do all the moves right and intense it burns a lot😮😮😮I'm shocked cause I have a serious workout routine for years and I could still get the burn with this. Just don't forget to squeeze your abs soooo hard and it'll burn crazy lol

been doing this along the 3 min arms workout and the 10 min abs workout and 5 mins abs workout and 3 minute full body workout, at first I struggled to complete the 10 minute abs workout alone now I can do all these and it’s only been around a week! Love your channel!!!

These exercises are intense and do exactly what they are supposed to do , and perfect for lazy mums like me who just wanna get into bed by the end of the day ! And the fact that they are 3 mins each is too good to be true ! Just did the arms workout (wow! I was about to write this as well. Thank you. My mattress is medium firm, if you have a very soft mattress it would be quite hard to maintain posture for some of the exercises.

Gteat workout! I really felt it in my abs. My only issue is that my lower back was straining quite a bit. Is this to be expected? If not what might I be doing wrong and what can I do differently?

The lower back strain could be a sign of weakness in the back muscles or perhaps you did not engage the core properly. Try breathing in and out and drawing your belly/ribs in before each exercise. Hope this helps ☺️

Unfortunately it is impossible to spot reduce fat. You cannot have a workout to target just that one specific area (such as side booty, bra bulges and saddle bags) and expect to lose fat from it. You have to consistently workout your whole body & eat in a calorie deficit to reduce the overall fat percentage in your body. By doing this you will eventually reduce the fat from those areas you’ve mentioned as well. 😊
