@@jenniferlopez7903 hi when u replied to that comment I got a notification too, I've been doing this for around two months aswell I do this one and her five minute arms workout and her five minute back and her 10 minute abs and five minute abs and three minute abs and her 10 minute lazy workout and 3 minute easy workout and her festive workout everyday and I do 10k step walks and calorie deficit and I've lost 45 pounds!! And regarding her arm workouts I can notice muscles when I flex now which I never experienced before and I am pretty sure the muscles are a result from her workouts!!

Thank you that was kinda easy yet I could feel the muscles. It’s so much fun when workouts are easy to do as in easy to start. Just scrolling in bed and boom do it - no big preparations. Amazing!

have you found anything to help with getting out of the bed. I am trying to figure out how these actors who suffer from depression go to work. When folks tell you to go for a walk I just want to say.... If I could get out of the bed I would go for a run! Vitamins don't work, coffee don't work, eating clean don't work. I wish there was a magic pill that gives you instant energy...

Try talking with your doctor about anti depressants i found that they really helped me even though i still suffer from depression i now have way more energy and less anxiety.@@ciao98496

I absolutely love these bed workouts. This one here, I cant do only because one of my knees doesn't bend all the way,(from a surgery), what other possible position(s) could I do for these arm exercises to get the full benefits? Or should I consider a chair, or standing?

I don’t rrly care how my arms look, sure being muscular could be cool but I don’t really care. I am a ballet dancer though and especially for when we have our arms out in second position for a while it just absolutely kills my arm, like that can be harder for me then the actual barre exercises. I also do a really intense cardio usually and enjoy having sitting/laying down chill short exercises to cool down after, I’m so glad I found this video! I probably won’t be doing it everyday but I do really enjoy this

It doesn’t matter if you don’t do it continuously, you don’t have to workout every single day. As long as you workout for 3-5 days a week and take some rest days as well, you should be fine.
