I must say, Dean, that after seeing some of your videos, daaamn, you have a new fan! You're so good at explaining and you're also down on earth. And it shows when you have the time to teach us high level world class stuff and not only that, you're also taking your time to respond to us! I wish you the BEST of luck at your match at Metamoris 4 against Josh Barnett! Excellent video, man! I love those small details. Keep it up!!

Fuckin effective. If you lock in, mid forearm, oppt toes in armpit, with that tuck and posture, shits breakin.

Micro-fractures and dead nerve tissue seems to be a big part of martial arts. If only there was more science behind it. Like what body parts are worth working and what body parts are not. It doesn't seem to be enough to say, "that hurts, so you must keep getting hurt until it stops hurting." What if the reason it's hurting has to do more with flexibility? If it's flexibility, than chances are there are better ways to make yourself less susceptible to that vulnerability. If it's microfractures and your diet doesn't include enough vitamin d and calcium (consume spinach, not milk) than chances are you're just wasting your time.

What happens if you run into a stubborn guy who refuses to tap to the pain? Does this have the danger of detaching the Achilles tendon?
@listerdean233210 жыл бұрын
yes this is possible George... However it is a much safer sub then anything twisting wise.... Also there are boxers that are hard to knock out.....Just depends on the individual
