Just completed your workout video, I need this one because I noticed my core has gotten alittle more softer looking ,even though I workout everyday for my health and mindset. You mentioned you do this yourself once a week,if I want to see improvement in the stomach area should I incorporate this routine more often?Thanks,Jeri
