Great vid fam👍🏾...with mexican chorizo, throw that garlic n some butter in a pot and get that garlic to liquify with the butter...Add that mexican chorizo to the garlic/butter mix...2 mins...chunk that mozzie/pepperjack mixture inside. Then add you some heavy cream...It'll last the whole game...I got the Rams, 17 - 10👍🏾

I make this, but i add a can of Rotele and a block of cream cheese along with the mozzerella, pepper jack, and chorizo before i put it in the oven. The rotele and cream cheese add an extra layer of delicious. And it still keeps it pretty simple.

You needed to add a bit of heavy cream to make it like an dip and not so stringy. Once it gets a bit cold it won’t be dippable

I had a similar dish at this local Mexican restaurant it was just their queso dip with chorizo on top nothing fancy they called it Pidi Dip and it is my new favorite thing so I was delighted when I saw this recipe and was the ONLY one I could find lol
