@DarthNoshitam if you're feeling up for it, keep it for the sake of consistency with the habit. If you're feeling pretty beat up physically, and/or psychologically need a break from the cardio, it's more productive to rest & recover until fatigue dissipates.

My preference in a cut, deloading is to bring calories up CLOSE to maintenance (300-0 calories short of maintenance) and then add 30-60 minute easy walks instead of my lifting (or in addition to the light work). It keeps me in a slight defecit and on The Path, but also pretty well fed and in schedule.
