I totally agree with Priscilla. We practice the portion and frequency control: Our family would eat these unhealthy HK buns maybe once or twice a month, as a treat and for nostalgia (懷舊) reasons 😅 I also practice the 直覺diet too. I use self control to keep my diet in check as I age and it works well for me.

Hello Priscilla, it's really wonderful to "discover" your channel. I got lots of floaters (caused by PVD) since September 2017. I was wondering if the intake of pineapple would help eliminate or alleviate the nuisance of floaters. Thanks a million! 🙏🏻🙇🏻♂

There is a Taiwan study saying that pineapple may help, but not a lot of studies support it. It doesn't hurt to try, as long as you don't have high sugar levels. Pineapple can be quite sweet
