What a sensible and balanced approach. I think some of us are ending up stuffing ourselves to try to hit the protein levels that Drs such as Gabrielle Lyon are focusing on and this can lead to overeating for many. 100% agree on TRE it’s so easy to have 2 meals a day. Overall I think there’s a lot of majoring on the minors, obsessing etc. Thanks guys.

I've tried 3 of primal products, haven't had one yet that isn't so salty or weird tasting, staying hopeful

Great listen, very sound advice. All the way from the UK! Enjoyed this and will use it with my older clients for sure, thank you.

I recommend the Primal Health Coach Institute that Mark founded. It took me 7-8 months to complete. Even if you don't become a coach, you will learn to coach yourself to optimal health. I also feel like I'm in my late thirties. I hesitate to say late thirties, because sometimes I feel better and younger than that, and I'm 67.

Your opinion. I stay away from it but do not project my beliefs or convictions onto others and certainly do not judge their actions. Dogma is usually never good, regardless of the matter at hand.

QUESTION: Why does this guy look 82 at 71? After all his experimenting with peptides, growth hormones, testosterone, diet and vitamins, shouldn't he look better? Newsflash:The human body doesn't "stay young". Aging is built-in by design. One can try to be the best 71 year old version of oneself, and do better than the average person, but the body always knows its age internally.

This is a sensible approach but having met any number of grouchy 90somethings over the years a positive attitude isn’t necessary 🤣🤣

They do the same thing….that describes being a strict carnivore that only eats meat, water and salt. How freaking boring

Don't use supplements... bla bla bla... but I use TRT once a week. Sorry, Mark, big disappointment and moment, when I stopped you listening.

Why the hell is someone like Mark Sisson on a completely unknown podcast?....i.keep seeing relatively "known" people on these bullshit channels.....how is it woeth the time? Is it just an outlet for their ego?
