engadge do some research before putting up idiotic comments. pcos is majorly a lifestyle disease, and very very predominant among indian women population. it can be very much controlled by diet and exercise changes. not only that primordial and primary prevention is way more effective that secondary treatmnt which requires medicines.sir..Guru mann can definitely make a video if he wants.

Does running for long hours, like 5 hours/week, reduce you muscle mass? Can a half marathon runner still be muscular (more muscle mass and not skinny) if maintained the protein intake level?

possible but I don't know if definition would be like that of a mesomorph..because I am endomorph and the best I could do was faint 4 pack abs(though I didn't hit the gym,I did it through calisthenics..maybe hitting the gym would yield better results)..

kathryn th its Hindi language of India. He makes videos mostly for Indians. You will find only 2-3 videos of him in English. Try and check out if you find it that will be great because he is most effective guy I ever seen.

Thanks for the video sir. Earlier I used to do only weight training as I didn't have much belly fat. But of late because of exams I developed significant belly fat. To address that I started 15 minutes treadmill everyday immediately after my weight training. I am concerned that my muscle gain may be affected with immediate post weight cardio. Other experts' opinion is varied on this. Can you please shed some light on this topic. I want to know how the international sprinters span weight training and cardio.
