the best routine for me is to wake up at 5 AM and go outside for a walk or run :) not only is it good for you physically but also your state of mind. waking up before the whole world and being in nature is just the most peaceful thing ever and it keeps you in a happy mood all day ❤ just my opinion

Thanks a lot that's what I do morning cardio for 30 minutes running followed by stretching good morning exercise ABS breathing yoga for 80 minutes evening strength training

perfectly explained Guru Mann. Basing on my experience if u want to loose fat the best time to do exercise is in the morning with empty stomach and if u want to gain muscle best time is in the evening when u have taken some meals.

I work out morning and evening too.first 3/4 months it was evening but I can see a little bit progress but when I started at morning believe me its just miracle.btw its for fat loose. now I focus on my muscles so started at evening too. thnx guru maan.Respect from a Bangladeshi guy.

i wake up at 5am and sleep at 10pm and i workout 1-1:30hrs a day. And ofcourse i take meal before workout whether its a muscle building or fat loss.

Gurumann after working out every morning, my routine is to sleep for at least half an hour to one hour. If i dont then I feel loose and tired plus my head starts paining a lot. But if i sleep i feel fresh the whole day. Please help

Hi Guru Mann, This is Amit here from India. I work for an IT company and my shift timing is bit weird, my office timing is from 4:00 am morning to 1:00pm. In this somehow I managed to go for gym in between 5-7 am. Now my problem is I'm not sure what should be my ideal breakfast and lunch and what should be timings for it. And I'll be thankful to if you could help me to know what sleeping hours would be best for me. I'm working for building mass muscle. and it's been my third week of shredded program that you have suggested. I'm trying hard to follow the tips you are giving but just not started any protein supplement yet. Thanks.

Guru sir, I was checking for tooth cavity and came to know phytic acid is also responosible for cavity. Oats come number one in producing such acid. It is true with me when I started eating oats or museli, i am having tooth decay since then. Do you have any video on it, please assist. I am too much tired of it and wanted to go for nutrition way
