No truer words have been spoken, I am very blessed and grateful for what I have. I lost everything once, and gained what I needed, which was myself. With that I have kept the faith and lived the way one is supposed too, and have been blessed with awesome family. And of course Zeus. With that I could be gone tomorrow and my life is complete, although the quest is not. Happy 2025 my friend. We are just getting started….

Yes, it's a 72 Q code, it will have the open chamber 4V heads and non -adjustable valvetrain. I think they were rated at 285 HP if I remember right. I used to have 72 Q code Ranchero.

I had a 1973 Q code in my GranTorino Sport. Although someone in the cars life had swapped the open chamber D3ZE heads for some D1ZE closed chamber heads. The Autolite 4300D spread bore with the cast iron intake worked great for such a heavy (To me) Torino. With a C6 with a factory stall it moved the Torino around quite well . If that engine is all stock it should have the open chamber D3ZE heads with the 2.05 intake valves and 1.625? Exhaust valves And the stamped steel non-adjustable sled fulcrum rockers.

@abcullens2328Күн бұрын
@@keithbarron3654 the answer to your question is Torinos, not Cougars, not Mustangs, I know it's not sexy, but the majority of Cleveland's produced from 1972 to 1974 went into Torino's, the two barrel variety. So if you ever see an old Torino sitting around, pop the hood and check. Including station wagons.

Yes they sponsor me. The new owner of the company , asked me to help him. Mounting a Ford to it, what I thought. Now sure what to expect. Been waiting for 6 months. They built it custom , They asked me features, really only wanted a run stand, they said the buid aspect will make it easier. Build and fire up. I will make a video on assembly and setting up the 409. Got tracking for 3 boxes. They will like that. Us too. I have a lot of companies interested in my channel now for some reason. I keep the faith. 🙏
