Hi! I adore Qigong.Thanks for the wonderful explanation. I did "the tiger" today. Tomorrow is going to be the next video out of this set. One animal at a time. Thanks a lot. I subsribed yesterday and found a lot of very useful videos for myself like the video how to avoid Corona-19 and others. Thank you very much. Stay safe and healthy and see you tomorrow! Hey Alex, great videos! Since there are 5 movements for each animal, are you planning on making videos on series 3, 4 and 5?

Dear dr, Hui, in this video yout talk about five forms for each animal... so, where are the three missing forms? 🙃 (i notice you this because is very interesting the way you explain that qigong, thanks)

by Evil-Qi doest it mean demons and ghosts?
@DrAlexHui3 жыл бұрын
In Chinese language, there are often multiple meanings for a word. Therefore we need to see the context. In Chinese Medicine, “Evil-Qi” mainly refers to Qi that can cause sickness. Such as extreme weathers such as the “Cold”, “Wind” etc. Or what modern science calls as virus or bacteria are called “evil Qi” in Chinese medicine as well. For other contexts though, Evil Qi could be referred as demons and ghosts. Hope this explanation makes sense!
