Is anyone else seriously grateful not just for everything this doctor shares with all of us but for the fact that he does so without constantly bombarding us with some sort of sales pitch to buy some self-serving self-promoting “secret” formula and/or product with his name and picture splashed across the label of whatever “snake oil” everyone else is pushing? I for one am extremely grateful for everything he shares/teaches/warns with/for/us of with such professional non-inflammatory calm.

I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. I was told that my kidneys are full of cysts, one is barely functioning and the other only half functioning. I have no edema in my legs. Since I started following your videos my skin has gone from yellow to slowly it is turning normal. I seem to be improving with your help. This is frustrating. I found coconut milk is helping me alot too. I am not use to taking alot of medication and hate pain killer and turned down chemo. I wish I could pick your brain because my body seems to be trying to fight back. For the sake of us all don't stop doing what you are doing. I just want to share my experiences. I had a bladder infection and diverticulitis, and refused to take out my bladder. Infections were eliminated but were associated with edema, high blood pressure, exhaustion and urinary tract infections. This went on for over a year which caused my legs to become weak and nerve damaged, spasms and cramps occurring frequently. The damage to my legs was not severe. I took celery capsules, the Dr. Berg Formula bladder formula, garlic, oregano, potassium chloride 4800, sulbutamine and Tudca. And lots of prayers to Allah SWT. Intermittent fasting 18 hours daily and meals restricted to eggs, temp, tofu, pork choy, asparagus, avocado, papaya, and other meals always start with KimChi. Some meat now and then. Infections and edema disappeared within a month and gain leg muscles strength.

Part of the fun of a kidney stone is going to the emergency room and waiting 5 hours in excruciating pain including writhing on the floor and having the personnel get angry at you for doing that while they see people with colds before you get help. Best advice I could ever give is this....Check the side effects on ALL your meds! Most cause kidney issues, but some are worse! I was on Topamax for years and years, and now have kidney failure. My Dr's deny the med causing it, but I KNOW it did! I went off alot of my meds on my own, and cut many doses in half. I told my Dr I did it. He wasn't happy, but I told him my kidneys were MORE important. You have to weigh out what is important to you and your health, and your future! My kidneys are working at 60% right now. They dropped from 70% and went down another 10 in 6 months. Be aware of your body. Be aware of what is going on. I have back trouble, sciatica...So my kidney pain was thought to be my back for a year b4 I went and had it checked. I would say....IF YOU HAVE PAIN, ALWAYS HAVE IT CHECKED OUT!!! Another piece of advice....Make sure you have a dr that cares for people, not dollar bills. Good luck everyone. 🙂💗

@@irfanm5892 I'm not here to tell you what to do or not to do....But I have seen the effects of pain killers on people. It is NOT good. At the same time, I would try and talk to my Dr about getting off some of them, and what else you may be able to do for your body. I was also told that so many years of taking Ibuprofen like it was candy did not help my kidneys at all. It actually harmed them....and that was just otc meds. I can't imagine what prescribed pain meds end up doing. Maybe do some extra research on what helps with your specific areas of pain, and discuss the findings with your Dr. I regret so many years of taking ibu's. I can't go back though. All I can do is move forward, and try and care for my kidneys NOW! 💞

Dr Berg, I started Keto with you and found I had a few of these symptoms, the edema, low Vitamin D, high blood pressure. I'm not diabetic. I got kidney stones and then I found out I had 2 parathyroid tumors which were leaching calcium from my bones and caused me to have osteoporosis. I flew across the country to Tampa Florida to have surgery to remove them. (they are the only ones who do it correctly) Now I am back on Keto, listening to your videos! Thank you for all your videos!

After investigating they found I only had one kidney, they couldn't find the second one. They told me that was normal enough, that the other one is okay. I am concerned now it might not be even though I don't have any of those symptoms and irs impossble to see a doctor these days since Covid arrived. Thanks for these videos. They are so helpful.

I'm getting ready to possibly start dialysis when the time comes, I'm at stage 5 kidney failure. I feel doctors don't inform patients well about this issue for patients to take care of themselves. Telling us there's protein in the urine etc and not telling us why or how to avoid it doesn't help. Educating patients about their condition to me is the key. I've been managing my kidney issues with not much information from my doctors, my Dr. never really asked me the correct questions for me to know my kidneys were getting worse. until now that they're preparing me for dialysis I'm finally getting all the information I should've gotten when I started having issues. I learned a lot more watching this video today than all these past few year with my doctors 😞it feels like they really don't care. Thank you for all the information you're sharing.

Also, look at suppressed fear. My mother 87 years old had ‘kidney disease’ for years, doing everything that the Speacialist suggested for years. Kidney blood test around 35... for years. Moved more onto keto diet... and also did emotional healing and healing with early childhood fear... which she’s been carrying all her life. Did kinesiology and had a deep healing Reiki session. Next visit her kidney blood reading at 47. Normal is 50. Speacialist said, ‘you’re reading nearly normal, I will get your GP to monitor your blood tests but I don’t need to see you anymore.’ Yay Mum. Boo to doctor... not even interested in what she did to change the readings... after years of six monthly visits and very little change to a difference of 12 points in 6 months! Kidneys hold your fear. Do please address your emotional issues as well as what Dr Berg advises. As for mum... she’s more confident and her anxiety levels have come down considerably and she’s now much more relaxed and communicative. ❤️🤗🙏🏼 to everyone.

The worst thing that happened to my kidneys was in 2012 when I had septic shock. My urine was the color of Pepsi for over 24 hours but thankfully they responded to fluids or I was going to be air lifted for dialysis. My creatinine was over 5 when I got to the ER. In 2015, I had sepsis and learned that the med Simvastatin had caused me to develop Rhabdomyolysis which was sending muscle enzymes to my kidneys which I was told would plug my kidneys, damaging them. Thankfully I had a doctor who recognized what was going on because those 2 illnesses make doctors fearful of running any kind of dye through my veins. Thanks for the informative video!!

Untreated sleep apnea raises blood pressure and can even make it difficult to control just with meds. It's crazy what doctors don't screen for. Just meds, meds, meds.

This is something I wouldn’t wish upon any one, same could be said for cancer… I lost my grandfather to kidney disease recently, you explained well in this vid.. Also notice the foot swelling and extreme exhaustion he had.. Had to accompany him to his dialysis treatments, no one knows what a person is going through in those circumstances, till you go through it yourself … take care of your kidneys everyone!

Curley parsley boiled them let set for 20 min is absolutely the best thing you can drink to not only cleanse your kidneys but actually heal them. I have seen it work and so well that a friend of mine that was about to start dialysis ended up not having to as well as regaining the ability to urinate again.

I did have protein in my urin for about 3 years in my early 20s which seemed to be cured (no postive test for over 10 years). Even though it was a small amount I still don't know what happened. Best guess from my doctor is that it was a reaction to my allergic purpura that I developed at 17 and it took more than 1 year til a doctor could prescribe me a corticoid and solve the problem.

How quickly can our potassium level drop? Day 1 - I started the carnivore diet. Day 3 - I had a bunch of blood tests. Day 6 - I started getting painful muscles, not cramps as such but just really aching and painful and I started to have sleeping problems. Could my potassium level have plummeted in such a short time so abruptly? I am increasing my salt intake and have just got a magnesium supplement, but I wondered if I also should supplement my potassium too.

Thank you Dr. Eric Berg for the important information you renewed in this video. I suffer from class 2 kidney failure (60 - 90 )%. After exercise which is mainly an exercise bike , the white foam that appears in my urine giver increases . What are you suggesting to me in connection with the fitness exercises that there will be no increased albumin secretion ? Can a body vineyard help me with the itching I have in my body?

It's just so sad what our medical system in the USA has become. I'm reading through the comments and can relate with so many. I will be having surgery in the upcoming weeks for kidney Stones. It's been almost 5 months since the diagnosis. Doctors haven't tried to determine the cause, just treatment for pain. What is happening???? How are we at this point? Feeling disappointed and discouraged.

Very informative, thanks for the video. I don't have uremic frost, just little sores that feel like they have tiny shards of glass embedded in them. I have stopped all soda consumption, no juices, sugar reduction, increase in greens and that seemed to have taken a little of the load off my kidneys, liver, etc. as the bloodwork looks a tiny bit better after 3 months. Blood sugar down slightly, liver enzymes down slightly Vitamin D back up to normal, Potassium back down to normal and other things look better. What is concerning is Uric acid from 6.0 up to 7.5 in three months, am pretty worried about that.

People may have itching and dry skin, as toxins trying to release from body. By the time uremic frost would come, so many symptoms would have been there. Uremic frost is late sign, text book symptom, but with today's health care, we don't really see this that often. People typically would have had dialysis at that time,. Have you seen any people with this?

Incredibly helpful video, Dr. Berg. Thank you! I have a question as you are talking about potential low calcium but I am a bit confused as in the video you talk about calcium clogging the veins/arteries and creating stones. Would that be an excess or the body's reaction to not having enough calcium? I'll watch the video again but if anyone has the answer on this, please advise. Thank you!
