I’m 73. I was at the hair salon this week and an elderly couple entered the salon..a husband and wife. I said to my stylist, ‘it’s so sweet how they help each other’. They were slow to move around and were obviously struggling just to lower themselves into a chair. My stylist-friend quietly whispered, they’re only in their mid-60’s’. I was stunned speechless. I’m so thankful I’ve found Dr. Berg’s channel.

I’m 71 and can’t believe it! I have eaten healthy all my life, but do have a slight sugar eating problem. 😅 I don’t think it is bad cuz I don’t eat a lot at a time, but do eat it every day, mostly dark chocolate. I’m outside in Florida most of the year and never wear sunscreen, or any face skin makeup. I think that’s terrible for your face. I only use oils like organic Castor and sesame seed oil on my face because I don’t like the chemical stuff. I do also pat my face with liquid MSM, after the oil, and also use that for eye drops. I’m always moving, gardening, playing pickle ball, playing with grandkids and hanging with friends. I do fast a few days a week, for 12 to 14 hours at a time. Never got overweight and feel like I’m 40. I love this channel!

I'm 75, a woman, used to work as a truck driver in the road construction industry. I really feel the reason I feel as good as I do at 75 is because I worked manual labor outside in Colorado sun everyday. Sunlight is also good to decrease acne , good for wound healing. My hair becomes softer and better less dry looking after being out in the sun. Sunlight helps to prevent hairloss and your chances of getting alopecia areata and other auto immune diseases goes down vitamin D3 is very important for that. I had alopecia areata for 1 year until i started taking vitamin D3 , vitamin k2 and magnesium glycinate and all my hair grew back. Now i can get hot sunlight for 9 months a year because i moved from Northern Europe to South of Europe. Vitamin D3 deficiency is very common in the UK, Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Norway etc

An ordinary untreated piece of glass will reflect back 85% of the UV light, and in the case of double pane glass, the 2nd piece reflects back 85% of the 15% that got through the 1st piece of glass. Then factor in UV coatings that is present on most windows sold today, and it's game over! Thanks for watching out for us, Doc! I'm on my 2nd week of Reuteri, and bought Dr Davis' book, Super Gut. I discovered in the appendix there are 2 strains I can take for my recurring diarrhea that was induced by a hospital stay where they destroyed my microbiome with a powerful antibiotic. (I was there for a virus, not an infection). That was 3 years ago. Now I have hope because I am culturing those 2 strains. Keep up the good work!
