I love this scene! Bayliss has such a look of shock/fear: you can almost see him thinking "oh my God, what are you going to do to me..." but as usual, he understands his partner. Their split is really painful to watch, 1. because they're so close and really do care and 2. because Frank has such a difficult time connecting with people, and relies on Bayliss to pursue him when he withdrawals.Even here, it's almost hard to watch him trying to act casual when he's really in need of Tim's friendship
